Come stay here for 3 days and 2 nights and eat dinner at this hotel. Personally, I like the burrata salad with balsamic sauce. It's fresh and delicious. Another favorite menu is the Beef Tartare. It has a unique, delicious taste that will make you addictive. Another menu item that we ordered was beef steak. But the taste of beef steak still needs to be improved. The steak was rough, not tender, not tasty. The taste of the pepper sauce still needed improvement. It lacks both charm and meticulousness. Overall, it's fair. Another disadvantage: coming to receive service here, I feel that the employees are a little bit fond of returning customers.

Absolutely the best one! The staff especially was so accommodating and helpful. I am sure I made a few friends here in my 4 days in the Radisson Blu hotel in Andermatt. The tall lady with blonde hair was the sweetest person I met. Always happy to help and understand the clients, they do every bit to make your holiday into a memorable experience. Awesome location and an out of the world 🌎 atmosphere to go with it. We arrived there by the Glacier Express (saw the Oberalpsee on the way too), which was again a super thrill!!! Forever recommended!! 🤩💯🤗🍷

If you aren't the Hotel guest, the breakfast is way way way overpriced. 39 chf per person doesn't really make sense!

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately, everything took a very long time and we almost had to force ourselves on the waiters to get our orders, the dessert menu and the bill. As a Radisson member you get a discount, but you have to actively claim it.

We were staying at the Radisson so we decided to try the hotel restaurant. We shared the cheese spätzle and strozzapretti with beef ragou. The spätzle was delicious, the strozzapretti was good. The prices are a little marked up but not unreasonable.

All in all, very normal, insignificantly tasty food to simply fill you up, nothing that you should experience. This Andermatt has a completely irrelevant gastronomy. There's no reason to come here. Except for skiing or going to the Chedi. The place needs at least 10 years to develop. Save yourself the visit in winter. Everything is artificial without charm and atmosphere.

The restaurant (Chef Manuell) delivers different quality dishes. The meat was good (entrecôte and beef fillet) and cheesecake with blueberries too. But... mushroom praline as a starter was inedible. Pumpkin soup and the salads - mediocre. Homemade-looking fries - pre-cooked too soft. Side vegetables - mushy. Vegan panna cotta is a matter of taste, it cannot be compared with a normal one, so it is our own fault. All in all, the food is not worth the price. Ate with four people, no one happy. A pity.

Wine: much too warm (+7 degrees C. approx.), poor quality and 5 - 6 x the purchase price! Fondue: far too watery, wrong caquelon, wrong forks, but good cheese mixture Ingredients: salted potatoes and mushrooms, completely inappropriate for cheese fondue Management: absolutely no interest in constructive criticism, zero customer orientation!!!!

Das Essen war gut. Leider war die Karte der Halbpension im März dieselbe wie auch im Februar. Für wiederkehrende Gäste eher ungeschickt. Das Frühstücksbuffet (sofern Platz) ist sehr reichhaltig. Leider fühlt man sich am Wochenende jedoch ähnlich wie in einem Kaufhausrestaurant (vom Betrieb her).

Le vins Suisse est bon, cependant le serveur nous conseille de ne pas le consommer... Alors pourquoi le mettre à la carte ?En entrée, nous recevons des pâtes fraîches ou plutôt réchauffées au micro-ondes ? En tout cas elles collent sous la dent et sont imangeables. Nous les renvoyons en cuisine.Concernant le plat, des sauces qui ont l'air industrielles... Deux morceaux de viande dont la cuisson est maîtrisée, mais un morceau de lard tout bonnement inmmangeable...Nous sommes très tristes de cette expérience et espérons que ça s'améliore car nous y sommes encore pour deux soirs (Covid oblige).

Abbiamo combinato una serata allo Spun con una notte all'Hotel a San Valentino. Abbiamo provato il menu a 59 CHF per tre portate. Delizioso nella sua semplicità. Buona scelta di vini e pasti vegani. Noi abbiamo provato tartare di barbabietola, vellutata di carote e zenzero, sminuzzato alla zurighese vegano e due diversi dolci.

The menu choices were extensive. The wine list was really good for a hotel restaurant. Prices were reasonable. If it is on the menu order the pumpkin soup. I had it four nights. If It was a choice I would have ordered it as a meal! If we head back to Andermatt we will certainly go to this restaurant again.

Wir waren im Radisson zu Gast und haben einen Tisch für das Nachtessen reserviert. Das Hotel an sich verdient schon eine Top-Bewertung und auch das Nachtessen hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Tatar war vorzüglich, die Ingwer Suppe ebenfalls. Einzig die Rösti vom Zürcher Geschnetzelten war etwas sehr klein. Bei den Preisen dürfte diese gerne etwas grösser ausfallen, ist aber natürlich meckern auf hohem Niveau :) Gerne wieder!

Auch die Präsentation auf den Tellern spricht das Auge an. Mir hats sehr geschmeckt und ich werde dort bestimmt wieder essen gehen. Tolls wars.

Servicepersonal war nett. Unendliche Wartezeiten, falsche Vorspeise . Fishmenu war gut.Dessert komplett vergessen. Kellner hat es immerhin aufs haus offeriert. hätte mehr erwartet. Würde es niemandem weiterempfehlen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst. Das Essen war leider nur durchschnittlich. Es war essbar, aber geschmackslos und fade und die Portionen waren sehr klein. Unsere Servicemitarbeiterin verstand uns teilweise nicht und der Service war mangelhaft (mehrmals bestellte Sachen vergessen). Am zweiten Abend freuten wir uns auf ein schönes Dreigangmenü. Die erste Enttäuschung war, dass es ein Selbstbedienungsbuffet gab. Das „Vorspeisenbuffet“ bestand aus verschiedenen Salaten, einer Platte Räucherlachs und eine Platte mit Tomaten-Mozzarella Salat (war aber gerade leer und wurde nicht automatisch nachgefüllt). Fantasie- und lieblos ist hier wohl die passende Bezeichnung. Der Hauptgang war ok, aber nichts Besonderes. Ein Koch im 1. Lehrjahr hätte dieses „Buffet“ problemlos erkochen können. Ok aber banal. Das Nachspeisenbuffet war dann richtiggehend unterirdisch: drei verschiedene Desserts (alles Cremen) im Glas und dazu fad und lieblos – unglaublich banal und erschreckend durchschnittlich was da aus der Küche kam. Ausserdem machten die Angestellten einen wenig interessierten Eindruck und waren nicht aufmerksam. Gebrauchte Teller blieben einfach auf unserem Tisch stehen, obwohl wir noch am Essen waren.Die Auswahl und Präsentation beim Frühstück sind maximal durchschnittlich und die Mitarbeitenden machen einfach ihren Job (sehr billig wirkt die „Lochwand“ beim Buffet).
