Restaurant Weissfluhgipfel in Arosa

The panorama is wonderful and the restaurant has character and history. However, I found the chaotic staff disappointing: “a house coffee and a beer” is not an order that explains over 20 minutes of waiting. As a guest you need a lot of patience, which I don't have: it was the last time I was there.

In my eager pursuit of culinary fulfillment, I headed to this ski restaurant only to discover that the wait was so monumental that even eternity would be jealous. The infinity of the service seemed unfathomable as I waited in vain for my hunger to be devoured by the indifference of the staff. A culinary martyrdom that defies any notion of temporal dimension!

We spent 2 nights here. On the first evening we were as relaxed as we were after two weeks of vacation! The leaders are super nice. And Kevin's cooking is incredibly delicious! The planted chicken curry is absolutely amazing!

-Incredible view -Good food (I ate meat but it also has really great options for vegetarians and vegans. I've never seen Planted in a ski resort before and they even have different menus with it) -Service was attentive -Large portions, especially the salad which we were delighted with The door to the balcony could also be improved, as it was often left open and there is a lot of draft nearby :)

We had reserved and it was worth it. So we got a great seat right by the window. The view is breathtaking and it makes eating twice as much fun. The selection is very good and there were various meatless alternatives. The presentation of the dish, the portions and the taste were great. My planted pulled pork burger was excellent and freshly prepared. The price was reasonable and fair for the location. The service was top and friendly. Absolutely one of the best locations in the Davos Klosters ski area. There is also a take away bar and music outside. PS: You could adjust the price of the Focus water outside and inside. ;)

Finally sound on the Weissfluh summit! Food was great.

We were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset and then indulge ourselves with delicacies from the kitchen. For dessert we enjoyed the starry sky and were able to sleep wonderfully in the heavenly peace. The sunrise was simply beautiful and the breakfast was very extensive and good, so that we were the first to be able to enjoy the slopes to the fullest. Thank you for the beautiful and pleasant moments we were able to spend with you.

The two of us came in, saw the sign with the daily menu and the bottom two lines “Pulled Pork Burger, CHF 24.50”. That's what we wanted and that's what we ordered. Then came a planted story with a lot of salad (I haven't appreciated Chabis for the last fifty years, and I still don't today). The taste of the planted thing was okay (hence two stars for the food), but I was quite disappointed - I was expecting something different. Imagine if it were the other way around. It says “Planted Vegi Burger” and it contains pork, beef, chicken, fish or something like that. A drama with a reader reporter in a well-known newspaper! It's also comparable if, for example, I buy a jacket with down lining and it is filled with cotton wool instead. Commonly you would say... (everyone can think of a word here). Dear restaurant, please write down everything you deliver. Today just left out the chicken and pork, as neither was included. It shouldn't be called schnitzel or anything else (for another time), plant-based dishes should have their own terminology. Here it would simply have been called “planted curry kebab pulled burger”. It would have been at least as perfect a fit. And last but not least: a pulled beef/pork burger on your menu would be really great!

It's always casual in the summit restaurant. View, panorama simply breathtaking. I think the service staff is super nice, remains super friendly even in stressful situations, just great, just stays that way. :-) the deck chairs and the outside life are becoming more and more casual. I'm looking forward to the warmer months to sit outside. resume: food great, staff super friendly, a must if you're in the ski area.

Top location for a cozy lunch on the skis. Reservations at peak times are definitely not wrong. But we were lucky without a reservation. Very friendly and courteous staff who served the food in a very short time. Lovely again.

Very good food with friendly service. The view here is unique

There is no hot food here until 11am. Not even a fried egg with bacon. The double espresso is a nasty broth. The outdoor speakers that pollute your hearing on the summit complement the Rambazamba image. It used to be nice, cozy, courteous and elegant here.

I didn't eat anything, but the plates looked very good. The view is very beautiful and mega.

Here you can enjoy cozy, fresh and tasty cuisine. Friendly staff and the best views with a refreshing pep that is anything but just one of many ski huts.

It's not just the view that's breathtaking. Friendliness, ambience and especially the food are an absolute dream. With a lot of love and kindness. Will definitely come back.

My husband and I were overwhelmed by the beautiful and very lovingly designed mountain hut. The extremely warm contact between the hut landlord and his guests is admirable. The very interestingly designed boards with wonderful sayings round off the overall impression perfectly. The meal is an experience in every respect and the Alpine aperitif is a poem. We will definitely come back and still enjoy the impressive pictures. Hopefully with an overnight stay too. With kind regards to the Berghaus team Edith and Alfred Schumann

It's just incredibly beautiful up there! Even for people who are afraid of heights, it's okay. I speak from experience!!! You should definitely wear sunglasses at the top. And it is absolutely recommended to have something to drink and/or eat! It's very cozy and the service staff are super nice!!!!!

Super nice cozy restaurant. Very nice staff. Wonderful view. All dishes lovingly decorated with flowers from nature. We ate bruschetta and sweet pizokel with apple sauce. Absolutely delicious. The absolute hit was the Alpen Aperol and the coffee with nut liqueur and icing.🥰

Simply great! Food, service, view. You feel at home here, in the middle of a sea of ​​peaks.

The highlight is definitely the sunset with a view of the beautiful mountain panorama. But the food was also excellent. There are both traditional and innovative dishes. Definitely worth a visit… whether to eat, warm up while skiing or stay overnight. The staff is sooo friendly and the service is simply top.

Ridiculously slow service and staff not reacting when asked to at least just bring some tap water. We have been waiting 50 minutes so far!

Extremely long waiting times for the order to be taken (approx. 15 minutes), then over 50 minutes for the food to be delivered, even though the restaurant was only moderately full. Unacceptable for lunch on a ski day.

We spent the night at the summit. It was a magical moment when we were the last ones on the summit. The panorama and sunset were absolutely fantastic. I won't soon forget the two nights with my family on the summit. Thanks also to the team who spoiled us with culinary delights. We really liked the warmth and hospitality.

Great location with beautiful views. Service is a bit slow though. Mixed salad tastes very good and is delicious, the hash browns with bacon could be better with a little less cheese and the homemade cake is tasty but a bit heavy for me. Generally ok, but would try another mountain restaurant next time.

Wonderful experience to be a guest here again. We were very lucky to be able to spend a night on the summit. The renovated and clean rooms are cozy and everything is there. Our visit was unique and the view during the day, the gigantic sunset, the starry sky at night and the magical sunrise topped everything (high end)! The delicious dishes (regional) also leave nothing to be desired. I recommend it to everyone who would like to spend their stay at the summit with personal, authentic and courteous hospitality. Thanks to the entire team for this reminder!

Homemade food, always freshly prepared and therefore probably longer waiting times.

We had to wait forever for the food and the service was solid. The large portion was the starter and the main course was bread.
