Freienhofgasse 3Easter brunch was great, very nice selection and attentive service. We had a voucher and they no longer wanted to write down the remaining amount of CHF 55 on the voucher. Only after a complaint was we issued a new voucher with the remaining amount! It's not possible and it's not legally permissible. What I also don't think is right is that our 3 year old son had to pay the full price. (Fr. 49.-) After complaining, we received 3x welcome drink vouchers.
