Terrible quality, dry pastries and most likely several days out of date, inedible cannoli, waste bag content... what more can I say?

Maybe it's time to close it down for good. Once again I suffered a great disappointment. I had already decided not to go back but this evening for reasons of expediency I once again went to the pastry shop asking for a cake that I could eat immediately without waiting for it to defrost. It was suggested to me by a lady of a certain age who works behind the counter. an already packaged Sacher present among the other sweets on display (among other things not very appealing perhaps because today is Monday) and I agreed to buy it at the modest price of 38 chf. It should have been used to celebrate a family event and instead it immediately found a place in the dustbin. It was simply tough, dry in a few but clear words, disgusting like those cannoli I had purchased two weeks earlier. This is why perhaps it would be better to close permanently instead of completely erasing the good reputation of a historic pastry shop in Lugano. Just walk 50 to 100 meters in any other direction and you can buy much better sweets

Purchased cake that was simply disgusting ..never again ..not to mention the staff who don't want to work..it seems like they are doing you a favor if they answer you...shame..

Unpleasant, I advise you to look again at the sweets to eat because I found AN INSECT in the brownie, a friend of mine vomited after eating at your place.

Quite a small pastry shop but still has a few tables inside. There are several cakes, including single-deliction ones, savory products and some varieties of bread. I tried the one with 8 cereals, very good and with a slightly smoky taste. The staff was fast and kind.

Very good croissants but the cappuccino with UHT milk is not good. Use fresh milk!

Sweets - Never again! Tiramisu that tasted of cream and alcohol, berry cake with soft and old fruit and finally cannoli with ricotta, 70% cream and 20% chocolate... better to go to Migros

It is such a lovely place, the staff are very nice and warm. Honestly, honest price and products are so fresh and yummy. I'm used to taking a breakfast every morning and buy fresh bread just made it, lovely.

Definitely old style Tea Room. Cappuccino not bad. The cream in the brioche was a very thin layer that was barely noticeable
