Riedbach is one of the training restaurants in Zürich (i.e. young workers, asylum seeks, et. are trained as cooks and servers). The menu variety and rotation is great. When I have a bad mood, I enjoy the burger to cheer me up. When I am in a mood to celebrate, I enjoy the burger. So, the burger is pretty good. Note: In the summer, the atmosphere outside is better than 4 stars.
