They said it was nice, but I don't think it is. The rooms are very small. I've stayed in a lot of hotels. The smallest room I've ever stayed in.

The hotel's connection to public transport is very good. Direct trips to the center are possible in 10 minutes and all directions can be reached. Staff, as far as needed, are very polite and helpful but not very proactive when it comes to city information, train information, etc. Our room at the back was fine, but nothing special and far below our expectation of a Leonardo Superior room. The bathroom is tiny. Really tiny. No 2 people in front of the sink possible. Ancient shower. It's not a feel-good hotel, but it's practical and okay for the reduced price we booked.

A refresh of the rooms would be welcome. Otherwise well located and well soundproofed.

The hotel is great. We really enjoyed our stay there. Upon arrival, we received a room upgrade. Thank you for that! The room was clean, cozy, and warm. On the street, there is a tram line that leads to the city center, or you can walk. It takes around 15-20 min, depending on your walk. Great value. The minibar was included in the price.

The staff were all nice and the room was clean. Unfortunately there was no open bar, but the minibar was offered free of charge. With luck I found a parking space right next to the hotel. It costs CHF 20 per day, but there are no other long-term parking spaces in the area around the hotel!

Poor experience for a high price, the bathroom was so small, and the bed duvet provided to us was only one piece of single bed size although we had booked double bed, the least they could have done was two either provide two single bed duvets or a double bed size duvet. The wifi signals were very poor in the room. so all in all its a 2 star hotel.

I loved Zurich, such a beautiful city. How wonderful to enjoy this place in such a nice hotel. Looking forward for my next reservation.

Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglierei a nessuno ! Invece di restare per tre giorni siamo andati via dopo la prima notte e visto che ho avuto diversi probblemi ( mancava un cuscino, asciugamani e poi ho avuto probblemi con la tessera per entrare in camera) e quindi mi trovavo spesso in fila alla reseption ho sentito tante persone reclamare !!! Capisco la situazione attuale Covid ma al telefono mi è stato detto che il ristorante è aperto in terrazza ma visto che non era bellissimo il tempo abbiamo trovato tutto chiuso e solo da ordinare take away .. che oltretutto in quella zona non cera un gran chè....

Das Management war nicht erreichbar und ist offenbar in Kurzarbeit, während die Lernenden an der Rezeption den Gästen mitteilen mussten, dass das Frühstück am Silvestermorgen von 8-9 Uhr serviert werde und die elektronischen Zimmerschlüssel nicht funktionieren. Auch ein Lift war kaputt. Bei allem Verständnis für die schwierige Covid-bedingte Situation in der Hotelllerie- und Gastrobranche, am 1. Januar Frühstück von 8-9 Uhr anzubieten geht gar nicht. Dann kann man es auch ganz bleiben lassen. Die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer war leider auch unbrauchbar, da weder Tassen noch Zahngläser zur Verfügung standen, aus denen man hätte trinken können. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Aber am Morgen nicht mal einen Kaffee trinken zu können, obwohl man Frühstück gebucht hat, ist nicht gastfreundlich. Das stornierte Frühstück wurde nachträglich auf mein Bitten hin zurück erstattet.

Sorry but this is not a 4 star hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. It is clean and tidy but when we arrived our room needed a new light bulb, another night we had water dripping in to our bathtub from the room above. At 11 pm they suggested we change room !!! I think not. Another evening from being out from 10am and returning at 6pm our room smelt of cigarette smoke . We are non smokers and there is a CHF 250 fine if found smoking in your room !!! We informed the staff who went up to check on it as we were heading out for a meal. So again when we returned at 10.00 PM they suggested we move room. We received no compensation at all. .... we did ask. The breakfast was the same buffet every morning and on 4 mornings we had to request bread for toast. The staff were not particularly friendly either. Definitely will NOT be returning.
