Very good restaurant with Italian flavors. Pleasant exterior setting (to be reconciled with car traffic and the acoustic beeps of pedestrian crossings which is not annoying). The table service is top notch, listens to the customer and regularly comes to ask if everything is okay. All the dishes (6 people) that we had were very good, starting with the aperitifs, then the tasting menus. We finished with desserts, tiramisu and cannoli. Amaro Baladin coffee and digestive.

The food and service was excellent. Only the road next to the outside seating is reducing the atmosphere a bit. But worth 5 stars!

The location is very chill and nice for a little date at the terrace. The service was super friendly and welcomed me and my partner even if we were quite late. I took the orecchiette with octopus and pistachios, which I really loved. My partner took the fish and it was okay. Wine list is on point, with wine bottles for every taste. We will definitely come back to try also the amazing dessert :)

An authentic neighborhood bistro. The chef has been delighting his customers for... a long time. Fish from Lake Geneva (really), delicious meats & seasonal cuisine. Quiet and cool terrace in summer, on the cobblestones of the pedestrian street with a view of the cathedral. The best value for money in Lausanne (by far) in my opinion.

We had dinner in the café/bistro area, which is a bit more rustic than the restaurant. Food was delicious, open wine was very good, and service was kind and attentive. Price was correct. Four star only because the atmosphere was a bit less cozy than what we expected, but restaurant area may be better. Still, we consider going back and try other specialties

I don't want to be too negative, but I realized that a restaurant that wants to survive in the long term must review several points; space, taste, product quality, quantity, prices. Being tight like in a sardine can... no thank you, if it's to save space and fill the small room to have a full party... no thank you!

Small brasserie - restaurant which gives the city of Lausanne its charm. Menu with typical brasserie dishes. Nice wine list. Fast and pleasant service. We were very well received and very well served! Nice address

As an Italian I do not recommend this to everyone, we were served last even though we had arrived before other tables, we had to wait two hours for the starters and an hour for the first courses, we complained several times but they ignored us.

Gastronomic restaurant. On one side and Brasserie on the other, both exceptional! The food there is incredibly delicious. The service is exemplary kindness and sympathy! All in a pleasant and warm setting in the heart of the old town.... Brief. It's a memorable place whose address must be kept!

It's not big and sometimes noisy like a typical small Italian restaurant. The kitchen ? A delight, whether you have pasta, risotto, fish or meat. It's tasty, Calabrian, caring, prepared with love. The service ? Kinder is impossible. The owner is always smiling, dynamic, friendly and knows his food menu as well as his very nice wine list. You really have to ask him for advice and he always finds the wine that delights you and at the best value for money. Not to miss.

Very small and intimate restaurant - packed and crowded - which I quite liked. Feels quite authentic in its own way. We were accommodated last minute at the bar. Food was good, I had the special - truffle pasta. Very rich. My partner had the pasta with bolete mushroom. Was really not so good and refined quality of a dish. Overall nice but not mad to rush back here. The service and staff were spectacular. Super friendly.

Clearly we go to this restaurant for its cuisine... not for the atmosphere. It's delicious, the recipes change regularly. If you close your eyes you almost believe you are in Italy between the accent of the waiters and the taste in the mouth.. I recommend this address for pasta fans!!!!

Top product quality, refined cuisine, professional service, explanation of the dishes with mastery of the products in the explanations and in Italian if necessary. Price above average but ample deserved by the flavor and taste of the product. Recommended. Downsides, small dining room, quickly full, lots of noise, proximity to the tables, it feels like you're in Italy, but I like the atmosphere.

Outstanding restaurant: food, service and ambiance. Each main dish was a fantastic take on a a classic Italian which are more familiar - clearly the calabraisan touch. The place was packed so definitely need to reserve. Also a very interesting and satisfying wine list only topped by good and knowledgeable service.

My favorite restaurant in Lausanne, again and again! Friendly staff, dishes that you don't see everywhere and a good general atmosphere. To book a few weeks in advance and a little extra advice: ask for wines that are not on the menu 😁

It's been a long time since I've had such excellent Italian food with a great service. The menu is small but offers interesting choices that you don't usually see in other Italian restaurants. The service was really great and friendly. The tiramisu was delicious and light. I highly recommend this place. The price is in line with the quality of the food. If there was a negative point to mention, it would be the location, but the owner has done all he could to make it nice.

Perfect, the food is fresh and the price is right.

They failed to give us appetizers. While everyone had them. Because we didn't order any wine? Entrance to the assortments: Octopus and squid in brine. a box bought at Aligros. Slimy octopus.. Very soft and lukewarm frying. What a dream. The dishes: Seafood pasta. Smelled like seafood, not fresh. The risotto really isn't delicious. And prawns... in the plural. Oh yes. there are two prawns. How generous. Everyone gets a limoncello except us. Yet we were kind and caring. The price is not exorbitant. But expensive for what it is.

Excellent welcome, everything is original and delicious, but for small eaters... I was hungry after the veal tartare and the risotto, I would have happily paid more to come out full. Why not offer small and large portions and adapt the prices? Think about it.

Excellent restaurant in the center of Lausanne next to the Cathedral. Pleasant atmosphere and very attentive and professional service. Great food, quality and excellent cuisine. We took the tasting menu which is fantastic in quantity and quality. To start, 2 starters, one with cod fritters and the other with mushroom fricassee, both very good. To continue, a plate of spectacular Lake Leman perch fillets. As a main course coquelet with morilles and snow peas is very good along with a spectacular potato rosti, crunchy and just right. To finish, an incredible lemon chaud-froid soufflé. Totally recommended, without a doubt.

Enjoyed a warm welcome and amazing authentic food at this family run restaurant. No fast food here so take your time and enjoy the atmosphere. So good we return tomorrow night.
