I just received an order for delivery for 10/10.15pm which arrived at 10.30pm. Saffron and porcini risotto and a mixed grill. NEVER AGAIN '!!!! My food arrived cold. Placed in cartons. As soon as I opened the cold and sticky rice, I found a hair. The grill was more like a stone. Even the lamb which is usually very soft throughout, was very tough. If this is the way to prepare food, it's better to change jobs.. Really dissatisfied

They have a wide variety of food from many different cultures. Prices are affordable and staff is friendly. The piccata Milanese was very good and the presentation was on point. The penne all’amatriciana had a very fresh sauce and was hardy without being too heavy.

Very simple restaurant near the center of Lugano. The pizzas are very good and there are really many different toppings. You can also have pizzas with wholemeal or activated charcoal dough, all of which are well-leavened. The prices are really excellent and the service is simple and fast.

A real gem of a neighbourhood restaurant in Lugano. Having spent a few nights eating around the lakefront, we came across Dal Gallo. A relaxed and friendly restaurant about 15mins away from the pedestrian district. The pastas were delicious (we had the risotto with porcini & saffron and Penne with pancetta in vodka tomato sauce). The pizza is great too, thin & crispy but still chewy. Highly recommend if you want a causal Italian dinner in Lugano. The food quality is exceptional for the price. Thank you.
