Super friendly bartender (long brown hair). Very patient and accommodating. Hats off to how she dealt with the dissatisfied guests, she was friendly and had nerves of steel.

Service is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced the bartender yellled at my friend as if we were asking for free stuff when we are spending our money and not in a small way, will never come back here nor recommend this POS place . Go to the next place down the street this people shouldn’t be in business I feel racially profiled!

the worst service ever. We were just customers and the waitress, because I was from another country, had a problem with me. We were only ordering wings and she didn't want to help me with her service. and they treat us super badly and pepper spray us no matter what after paying

the girl who is a bartender is a horrible bartender. she has an attitude with the customers. I would never return to this terrible bar.

Roadhouse is a great place. However, I have one comment: I put my jacket down and also saw that someone had taken my jacket. Outside I told him that it was my jacket because I know my jacket exactly. You could also see that the "perpetrator" knew that it wasn't his jacket, he just wanted to provoke. Later he started insulting me about my foreign roots. I asked security for help, security came to help immediately and quickly found out that it was my jacket (since security simply asked what was in the jacket and I could answer yes). The man continued to say provocatively that it was still his jacket, and the security then asked him to take off his jacket immediately because it was clear by then that he was doing this on purpose. Then he started insulting the security about his origins, and later he insulted the security in a racist way and his family. I am a regular customer at the Roadhouse and visit the club at least 4-5 times a week, I have never abused the hospitality of the Roadhouse and it was simply clear that the other person had a racist attitude and was looking for stress in the typical provocative way Art. I would like to thank the club and security again for being able to help me.

My jacket was stolen and the bouncer was on the side of the robber. (Due to his nationality). Very strong cinema. I'm not usually a cinema type. I am aware that the bouncers at the Roadhouse are not the best and need a job where they can exercise their mindless violence, but please reconsider your staffing structure. Since I'm not a fan of violence and arguments, I simply showed humility and went home without a jacket. I wish the new owner all the best…

The Vibes are set by the DJ. If the DJ plays the same music for 40 minutes, then the vibe dies within 15 minutes. For the future: Hire a DJ that offes a smooth switch between music styles and vibes so the crowd can go along with it. I'm a long-time visitor of this club/bar and the DJ ruined 90% of these visits with his/her monotone music style for a long time period. I like this club but the DJ's gotta level their game up ASAP!

the security yelled at me out of of no reason, when i showed my student ID and wanted to start a fight with me and my friends, it was a really bad experience, i never experienced something like this with a security. That’s why i give the club a 1 out of 5 stars. I don’t recommend going to this club, the staff are very very rude.

I like to be here after a long night of clubbing or just for a quiet getaway! I find the staff friendly, the music and ambience very good! The bouncers are very attentive even if something isn't happening directly in or in front of the bar! Her eyes are everywhere💪🏽👍🏽

I liked it myself but I saw a bouncer go to the toilet and just randomly beat people up. One was wearing glasses and was hit in the face so brutally that he ran out bleeding and crying. And this wasn't the first time that the bouncers used brutal force for no reason. I filed a police report against an unknown person because I didn't get his name. Maybe someone here can help me so that this man is prosecuted.

I think it's great how it works with the Roadhouse security team. I was jostled and pushed away by a few people and then the security people came and clarified the situation calmly and quickly, supper security👍👍👍

I had a good time with my friends. We had a small standoff with a group of boys towards the end, but before the situation escalated, the Roadhouse security team was there. Great respect to the team, they separated us and calmed the situation professionally.

It's a shame, the customers are kidding, I drank 4 molto, it didn't do anything for me, very expensive cocktail, you can tell you save a lot better if you drink outside and dance inside.

Such a Racist Security, bad behavior towards guests. Without any reason causing problems with the guests and also -0% professionality of being as security to attempt to find a solution for a problem. Last night we as a team went to Roadhouse to grab a drink with very Mature friends but unfortunately, the security came with a very aggressive behavior towards one of our friends and tried to show us that (he is someone who has more powers than all) but that behavior was a very Childishly way to spray on my face and eyes with no reason and what he sprayed was supper dangerous for me because without any prencib of distance, he Sprayed deeply on my eyes and in Switzerland that's illegal. I may act accordingly to Law in the future and I also recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy time with a drink or have a good time with friends. I please everyone NOT TO GO TO ROADHOUSS AT ALL.

No matter how high your alcohol level was! You still noticed that the songs were played repeatedly! Not only that, for the worst transitions in the world you've come to the right place at Roadhouse :/ Be careful with your jackets. There were 6 of us there and we went home with 3 fewer jackets!!

We visited Switzerland from Australia and was lucky enough to stumble on Roadhouse on New Years Eve. From the moment we entered the service was excellent, Kibela made sure we were looked after all night, free cheese platter on arrival with our drinks during happy hour and then we mentioned we had an extra couple joining us, so she rearranged the tables so we could all fit. We also had pizza, which was yummy and the cheapest we have found in Switzerland. Thank you for making it such a great night!

I don't usually have time for this, but I was given a cocktail that they were trying to sell me saying it had alcohol in it. If I were 17 years old, you could pull this off with guests. I've often heard that people cheat here or even mix alcohol with water. When I asked if there was alcohol in it, I initially received a death stare from my colleague and the younger lady said there was more in it than advertised. So it's no wonder what's going on for clients here. I'll look for other places in the future

Normally I was always happy but this new employee with the deer tattoo on his arm is a very cheeky and incompetent brat who is ripping people off!!!!! Train your staff properly and control what crooked things they do behind their backs!

Went here a few nights in Oct 2023 when I was in Luzern. This is a very busy nightspot, lot of people, open till late, with multiple distinct areas (smoking/non-smoking) and close to the train station. One indian/bangladeshi employee working at the draft beer counter is extremely rude, abusive, and frankly does not belong at an establishment like this. Rest of the staff are excellent. Took off a couple of stars because of the rude employee. Hope management takes notice and corrective action. Cheers!

Yesterday I was called cheeky and a liar by the bouncer. He accused me of my ID not being mine. I showed him all the cards in my wallet - obviously the same name, date of birth, etc. on all of them. -> Then he wanted to call the police, he told me several times how cheeky I was and how I allowed me to lie like that. I told him to call the police because I wasn't lying and he was the one who accused me for no reason. Then he didn't want to call anymore - he probably got scared. Then I ran away with my sister. Well, it ruined my whole evening. Such disrespectful behavior is unacceptable!!! I will never set foot near this misogynistic bar again!

Bouncer super superficial and cheeky. They make their own rules and are very unfriendly. The club is always very crowded, perfect for a panic attack :)

If I have to take a break at 7 p.m. and just feel like a pizza, I like to go to the Roadhouse. The bouncer greets me friendly. I really like the pizza 🍕 and it only costs SFr with a cola. 2.50 p.m The staff is always very nice and I never had to wait long for service. Where can I get good music with my meal 🎶 I'd love to go there for something to eat again.

Dirty shop, we ordered expensive drinks and left them on the counter for a moment! The drinks were cleared away without our permission and were still more than half full! The boss just yelled at us when we complained! What a dirty shop! Not worth going there!

There is very poor heating inside. That's why we went out 3 times within 3 hours. The security guard just whimsically said that the next time we go out we won't be allowed in and won't give us an explanation. For years the club has always found the worst bouncers.

Always the same for years, I recommend a renovation. The chairs were broken and the toilet was old. Dance floor could be redesigned

Central location, right next to the train station. When I go out to eat with friends in Lucerne, we meet in the Roadhouse early in the evening for an aperitif. The beer and the service are top!

I'm very angry, the bouncers didn't let you finish and they didn't show any understanding. The treatment of people was not fair, nor was it exemplary. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

So far I've had good experiences. However, my last experience had ruined everything good. The way the security treated me and then accused me of things is the worst thing! RoadHouse ended up in the bottom drawer for me - thanks to the bouncers.

Really a great club. Great stimming, service too. Unfortunately, since 8:00 p.m. it is now only available for ages 20 and up, which is very tedious if you get inside before 8:00 p.m. and are then thrown out. Whether you get in at the age of 20 is always a 50:50 chance. Later in the evening you can almost only come in with a female companion. Otherwise you can actually almost forget it. Very unfortunate. Otherwise a really cool evening here (if you come in)

The place is almost always fully occupied during the night, i was never inside during the daytime, but the windows didn't show a lot of people throughout the day. There is a smoking room downstairs and 1 bar both on- and below ground level. The DJs are okay but that's really just personal preference.

Mega friendly service. I am very satisfied and it is always my first choice for the exit. L. particularly stands out with her positive and warm charisma. I recommend it to everyone! :)

The club is constantly changing the entry age. In 2022 the club was still from 18. At the beginning of 2023 it became from 20 on Saturdays. Now it is from 20 on both Fridays and Saturdays. However, women come to the club from >18. Absolute impudence!

Extremely arrogant bouncers! After saying okay, I probably withdrew my ID a little too quickly so that it easily slipped through the bouncer's fingers. This was immediately interpreted as intentional/insolent and I was rudely rejected as a defiance. I immediately apologized and tried to explain that this was not intentional. However, his ego was probably hurt so badly that there was nothing more than multiple arrogant rejections.

Always a good address when we are traveling in Lucerne. Excellent location and atmosphere. Things can get tight at peak times, but the security guards have everything under control and react carefully to changes.

It used to be a really great club. But the stupidest, unfriendly bouncers in the entire region. The purest lottery. It's funny that the bouncers are very arbitrary and strict when it comes to checking entry, and you still have to expect that your cell phone or wallet will be stolen in the club. A touch of human knowledge should be a prerequisite in such positions...but apparently drunk 14-year-old girls with makeup on 18 are no problem, while male visitors 18 + are completely arbitrary.

So far everything is fine. Personally, I don't find the store particularly cozy, but we received friendly service and everything worked. Plus, the location opposite the train station is perfect for a drink before the train.

I've always had good experiences here. But last time it was just the last thing at the bar, we ordered mate with vodka and paid the full price and when the drinks came we noticed that there was no vodka in them and when we asked the bartender about it he said no and that quite aggressive. And insulted us too. Hopefully next time it will be better but we won't be going to the roadhouse next time

We came from Basel to Lucerne to celebrate with you. The bouncer said he was going to make unfunny provocative jokes, which isn't possible at all. Two of us weren't allowed in because our outfit didn't match, sorry but who is this guy if something like that happens again, let's show him what happens to bouncers like that in Basel

Mojito Pitcher ordered on the menu it says 38.- was charged 45.-. When we pointed out that a different price had been charged, the staff said that the price had changed. We were not informed about this beforehand. The staff didn't allow themselves to be discussed.

Way too overhyped! Aggressive security, extremely expensive drinks, the store is always packed so that you almost can't walk through and you can easily queue for half an hour to get into the cloakroom. I won't go into that hole anymore.

Despite the free entry, the crowds are spread out quite well. But security won't let you in in a bathrobe.

Can't make the cocktails right and the cocktails don't contain any alcohol but you still pay way too much. I'm disappointed. Classic tourist trap!

Was here with my girlfriend and my colleagues. Had no problems at the door or at the bar. Bouncer was very friendly. .Always received excellent service. It was a very good experience.
