We found this bakery by chance on the way to Grindelwald from Interlaken. We tried the cinnamon rolls, croissants, blueberry pie and the bread and everything was incredibly good. Recommended 100%

Hidden gem, found this bakery in Google reviews for its cinnamon roll. We walked there from the terminal and got there before they opened. Waited by the bridge until they opened them we stepped inside. We were welcomed with the sweet smell of the pastries. Wanted to try all of them but our stomach wouldn't be able to handle so much sweet. We got the cinnamon roll, the plum crumbs (if I remembered it right), and the croissant. My top fav was the crumbs, love it so much - not too sweet yet it was sweet enough. I saved the crumbs for bfast the next morning and it still tasted good - not soggy. Would def recommend this hidden gem if you ever stop by wilderswil.

Small hidden secret in Wilderswil! Backery is just a few minutes' walk from our lodging. The super flaky pan au chocolate and vanilla croissant were delicious. Awesome place to get your morning pastry fix.

Possibly the best croissant I've ever had, super duper delicious. Highly recommend! It also might be a bit confusing to drive into due to having no signs in the back, but the directions send you straight into the parking lot so just head on in.

A small and excellent neighborhood bakery in the picturesque town of Wilderswil in central Switzerland. Just like in the movies. Fresh pastries every day with aromas that you can feel right at the entrance. Baguettes, croissants and cinnamon pastries. Every morning we would go shopping for breakfast. The attitude was warm and pleasant and the communication was in English.

A home bakery run by the owner of the place and her husband. They treat you very nicely. The baked goods are very delicious. Try the delicious Philadelphia

We wanted everything when we were in the shop. The aroma and all look yummy. There is the best scone that I ever had. Coffee with vanilla ice cream is also recommended.

I received a very warm welcome and lots of help from Roger’s wife because everything looked and smelled so delicious it was hard to choose! Thank you for the most delicious Croissant of my life! I will be visiting as much as possible for the remainder of my time in Wilderswil :) If you are in the area, or even far away, a trip to the bakery is must!

Incredibly delicious. Must Visit!!! The Crossiants are a thousand times better than in France! The cinnamon rolls & tart cherry cake were also incredibly good! Highly recommended and very cheap for this delicious treat!!! The service was very, very friendly and explained all the delicacies to us.

A nice, quaint bakery with a very nice, cheerful staff. So that was two minutes, but the ones I miss - people can make up anything! And as far as the baguette is concerned: I've hardly had a better one - here, for once, Swiss prices are something you forget!

Best bakery around! Their cinnamon rolls and other sweet pastries are to die for. And so are their savory treats to be honest. Would recommend but be there early as they sell out very fast.

One of the best bakeries ever! It’s a tiny shop, nestled at the corner, with a large offering of baked goods from breads, pies, croissants, tartlets, and scones. They only allow one person inside at a time (so if you see a random line of ppl at the corner of town, this is why) and cash-only (they take both Swiss Francs & Euros). If you find yourself in Wilderswil or just passing by, you need to stop here!

We stopped here on our way to the Trümmelbachfälle and everything was amazing. What a gem of place. I did not get the woman’s name behind the counter but she was so knowledgeable and friendly. Our little group was overly impressed with the hospitality, amazing baked goods and the delicious iced coffee.

We accidentally found this place when looking for some places on Google, after reading the reviews we decided to give it a try. We were there at 7am and it was BUSY. We loved everything we bought... the ham and cheese crossiant, plum pastry, crossiants and cinnamon buns... they were amazing. Fresh and made to perfection. Thoroughly recommend.

Unfriendly behavior from the owner leaves a bitter aftertaste. 👎🏽 Even cakes and tarts can't sweeten your day after this visit. Anyone who treats their customers so disrespectfully doesn't even deserve a star.
