A magnificent terrace by the lake. The staff are charming and attentive. We ate very well there. I love this place.

Spectacular setting! Beautiful terrace with stunning views. Good quality cuisine and very good choice of wines. The service unfortunately leaves something to be desired due to its slowness. Rather high price.

Was with a girlfriend during wine festival, we were having breakfast there. That was the worst experience in my life - the personal even raised their voice on me when i asked for missing napkins. Simply avoid this place, there are many other nice options. Food was also not good, it was a buffet with a huge queue, and everyone was unhappy to wait for food so long. Luckily, the wine festival atmosphere is so amazing, it is not possible to spoil it =)

Very nice lakeside restaurant with a superb view. I highly recommend if you like fish (fresh from the lake) price a little expensive, good wine also.

nothing exceptional and it's too hot on the veranda on a sunny day in February. my son was all red and he had to go out into the street several times to cool off. Not much choice on the menu. The waiter is not pleasant at all. There are three dishes for children but we asked for a smaller fork and they had nothing.... at least a dessert fork, not even...

The environment is very beautiful, but the service staff is busy and the waiting time is long!

Service is so slow and unprofessional. Endless wait of at least 2 hours to get food, not to mention the manager who doesn't even look at the customers. Personally it was the first and last time.

The incompetence of this restaurant cannot be beaten. You wait 15 minutes until the waiter comes to take drinks and another 90 minutes until the food finally comes. Breakfast wasn't prepared in the morning and when it's finally laid out, you're fighting with birds for the bread from the breakfast buffet. And of course no one speaks even remotely English or German... In a hospitality industry in Switzerland.

Extremely expensive for a small portion of perch fillets, a paper cone with fries and no salad. Swiss family on vacation, abstain!

1 hour wait before being served, chaotic service for the entire terrace, waiters totally lost, fortunately the setting recovers the evening! On the other hand, decent cuisine....
