The service was very pushy and insisted that everything had to be done quickly. I couldn't fully enjoy my meal because they were about to clear the table and insisted that you pay immediately. Overall, the store is not recommended as the focus is obviously on quantity rather than quality. The air was stuffy and it was very warm.

We had a table with a high chair reserved for one evening. When we arrived, neither the last name was known nor a table had been reserved for us. We were also placed where we couldn't get in the way with the stroller. We had to ask for a high chair, but none was offered to us. For the price we paid for our stakes, we were treated like outcasts who had just been put in the corner. Steaks were delicious. Service from the servants was poor. The ambience was worse.

Yesterday I went to Rolli’s Steakhouse in Schlieren with my family and we were all thrilled with the food and the service. The steak was tender, juicy and perfectly fried, the sides were fresh and delicious! The service was friendly, attentive and quick. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Rolli’s Steakhouse is a must for all meat lovers!

First of all, the food at Rollis Steak House is really high quality and very good. You can't fault it, great food. However, what is really at the bottom of the drawer is the operation. I have never experienced unfriendly service than at Rollis Steak House Schlieren. There were five of us and we all chose the most expensive steak. We then wanted to order appetizers. The lady explained to us that we can't have everything as time is limited without knowing how long it will take us to eat. We asked a lady for peppers several times, but it seemed like they just forgot about it. She was an annoyed Thai woman with tattoos on her neck and hands. Unfortunately I don't know her name, but she was by far the unfriendly waitress.

Sorry, but the service is getting worse and worse.

I recently dined at Rolli’s Steakhouse and had a fantastic experience. They offer a wide variety of steaks to choose from, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the food was delicious and left me wanting more. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff made sure I had a great time. I highly recommend Rolli’s Steakhouse for a wonderful dining experience.

If you are in Zurich, you can take out a loan for steak. And of course there are almost always good pieces of meat. Here at Rollis you shouldn't think that the competitive prices are due to a lack of quality. I've eaten some of the best steaks in all of Zurich here several times now.🚀 I recommend the rib-eye steak for people who like to eat tender meat medium rare. Feel free to add another 100g on top, you won't regret it 😁 The meat can be roasted yourself on the hot stone as desired, although with the rib-eye being so tender it would be a shame to cook it longer than medium! And medium is already the limit! Trust me that less is more here 🫡 🆙 I recommend sharing the starters with someone. I think it's the frieze's taste. They're definitely not bad, but I prefer the more classic fries. But under no circumstances will points be deducted for this. Looking forward to the next time!🥩🥷

I've been using the wheelchair once every month for about 2 years. The last two times I and my companion had diarrhea afterwards. There's something unclean there, I won't come back even if the food is good.

When we made the reservation, they told us that on the weekend we were only allowed to stay for 2 hours. This is the first time I've heard that you're only allowed to sit in a restaurant for 2 hours. You go to the restaurant to enjoy yourself, don't eat quickly and leave. I don't think that's service. Just a money rip off.

Excellent meat quality with a diner atmosphere

Food is fast as lightning if you order the hot stone meats, since you grill it yourself. It's usually quite packed and if everyone is grilling their own steaks, you can smell and see it. The meat was very yummy (Argentinian) and the dessert was about twice the size I expected, so be careful ordering that without the matching appetite.

Always fits; the Entercôte Santa Fe and the buffalo Entercôte Bison are highly recommended.

Quality of the meat was fantastic as usual. You will pay quite the price, yet it's worth it, if you love meat.

Very tasty meat of good quality and delicious house fries (a little thicker with special seasoning). Really very pleasant and helpful staff. The dipping sauces didn't entirely convince me. You have to make a reservation, otherwise you have no chance of getting a place. And sometimes it is extremely crowded and can therefore quickly become a bit louder. The prices are a little higher, but if you like meat, this is the right place. I'll definitely come back.

Extremely unfriendly. We were already called by us on the phone and when we asked for a free table we were dismissed with the statement “I don’t feel like it” because the lady on the phone couldn’t understand us due to the very loud background noise. After that, the desire for a contemporary steak was gone.

One of the best steakhouses ever. The decoration fits really well! The price was just a bit too high, but afterall, it’s an amazing steakhouse.

The steaks speak for themselves. The meat is served kissed by the flame.😉 The meat is finished cooking at the table over your own hot stone. This means you can cook the steak exactly the way you like it best. The side dishes for the steak are good and sufficient with three different sauces. I don't cut the meat completely into slices on the stone to cook. I just always cut down 2-3 slices. The stone stays hot long enough for this. I will gladly come again.

Very dear team, I would like to inform you that we were unfortunately very dissatisfied with our visit to your restaurant. The service left a lot to be desired, the waitress in particular was not focused on her tasks. She neglected to bring the cutlery to my little son even though she served the plate of pasta. It was obvious he had no cutlery, but she didn't notice. We were also served two salads that were both cold and tasteless. We also had to wait five minutes before I had to ask the waitress to bring us bread. Normally it goes without saying that bread is served with a salad. Furthermore, my wife and I ordered entrecôte steaks and I asked to replace the third sauce, which is usually served with garlic, with another one. Here too there was no interest on the part of the waitress to fulfill our wish. We regularly go to good restaurants and like to tip appropriately. Some restaurants also offer small coloring books for children. However, the service from this waitress was terrible and did not meet our expectations. Well worth the ride to Schlieren if you enjoy meat. You need to book on Fridays and weekends.

23.11.203 at rolli's Schlieren The meal was very good. At 10:45 p.m. we were asked insistently to leave the restaurant even though there were still 3 tables and 15 customers in total. And that everyone consumed. Between the four of us we spent 360fr. It's just outrageous when the restaurant closed at 11:30 p.m.

My husband and I have been going to Rollis schlieren for years. The steak is juicy and tender, the homemade garlic sauce is a dream, and the service is fast and friendly. The best steakhouse we have ever been to, we can only recommend it!

Quality of the food 1A! Unfortunately, the air quality in the rooms is poor and the steam is not removed properly. With so many hot stones it would be good to optimize this. Service is usually good too. Very prompt, well organized. Everything is served straight away in just a few minutes

Great beef fillet, comes quickly, almost no parking spaces

I visited Rolli's Steakhouse in Schlieren again and I have to say today it was an absolute disaster The only positive element was the delicious beef fillet, which was quickly brought to the table. Unfortunately I can't say much good about the rest. The staff were absolutely unprofessional and very unfriendly. No greeting, no menu, no facial expressions, you feel completely unwelcome. In addition, the waitresses next to you shouted, which was VERY annoying while eating. It's a shame that the employees don't wear name tags. I hope management addresses these issues and makes improvements to provide a more pleasant experience for future guests.

Everything great. You definitely have to eat here. Especially the dishes served on a hot stone. Rolli's also has real fresh whipped cream and great desserts.

I always have to search for a long time on the menu because I would like to try everything 🤣 Here are a few examples of a fine veal cordon bleue with fine, crispy homemade fries and delicious vegetables. For vegetarians (and other strange people) I can recommend the following: public transport directly in front of the steakhouse - straight home 🤣

Service was very bad today. Aaah, not just today!! A fork was lost while clearing away, no excuse, the fork was left on the floor and my mother had various stains of salad dressing on her jacket and T-shirt!! The food is good in Schlieren but the service is very inattentive, really.

Wow! A truly unforgettable enjoyment of fries and beef fillet. Super friendly and prompt staff. You feel very comfortable. The ambience is very similar to a typical American diner, which gives the whole thing even more charm. We like to come to this steakhouse regularly.

Rolli's Steakhouse is always a safe value for good, filling food. The service is very quick and attentive. Hot stone with a meat of your choice, plus 3 different sauces and chips or house fries... very tasty. Instead of fries you can also order mixed vegetables. My favorite: Cordonbleu Mafioso (with tomato spaghetti) Important⚠️Table reservation is urgently required.

Lousy service, we waited 10 minutes until they brought us a card. Watched as one of the stressed employees moved a table She dropped a knife and a fork. What did she do? Mega fine steaks, mega special fries! The food is served within 5 minutes. Top food! Hot stones are brought to. However, it's extremely tight, you're almost sitting on your neighbor's lap. The waitress squeezes between the chairs and pushes the guest around. There's not even an apology for that. Almost gets hot stone plates on his head. You should think about it: fewer tables, less sales, but happier guests. Staff is also overwhelmed, waited about 20 minutes for a bottle of water, said something twice and kept forgetting. It's such a great restaurant, but in terms of space, you get every table you can, regardless of whether anyone else comes through. Unfortunately, the parking situation is also catastrophic. It's a shame, easily 5 stars for the food, but you feel quite cramped and very loud, so only 3 stars 🌟

I was there for the first time based on a recommendation. It was sensational!!! We had bison with 3 sauces salad and fries. There is more of a younger audience here. It was a good thing we had reservations because it was packed. The only criticism is that the tables are too small.

! ! ! MEAT ! ! ! For meat lovers, Rolli’s Steakhouse is a MUST. Very good quality meat at absolutely fair prices, served on a hot stone, with 3 very tasty and tasty sauces. The service and the kitchen are very fast and very well organized. What I particularly appreciate is that it has a cold stone on the wooden board for portioning, so you can fry the meat piece by piece to your desired doneness. 😋 If there was anything to complain about for me, it would be the house fries, which are raised with a little too much fat, but are fantastically seasoned. But you don't treat yourself to anything else and so for us Rolli's is our top favorite when it comes to meat on the Heissenstein. The changing wine recommendations also fit in very well and are very much appreciated by us. Insider tip: the lamb fillets are tender as butter and almost melt in your mouth. I'm already looking forward to being your guest again soon and to yours MEAT ! ! !
