roots Münstergasse in Zürich

I would go back again and again for the dal bowl and this is coming from an Indian woman who makes dal!!!! Beautiful flavours and presentation!!!! Beware it is at the entrance to a gym so there is a lot of foot traffic and the staff isn’t particularly delighted you are there! No matter, the food is delish! Another note - no computers are allowed between 11-2! So don’t go there to work!

The food is amazing and the staff is really nice. I really recommend this place. There is one downside: Some of the machines are really noisy, so it made having a conversation quite exhausting after a while. Looking forward to visit again but might prefer take away.

Overall this place is one of my go to places to study, but I will not be coming often any longer … Apparently, no laptops are allowed on the weekend, which I think is absurd. If the place was full, I definitely would not take up space by using it as a place to study or do work - but apparently this rule is also enforced when there is almost no one there. From a business perspective this makes no sense, since I end up spending a lot of money and consuming a lot due to the time I spend there. Honestly, the food is great, and the service is wonderful. Such nice people! But this rule needs to go:)

Great new vegan restaurant in downtown Zurich. Tasty food and drinks served fast!

We ordered and paid for our lunch. After 45min waiting I asked where the food was and then they realized that they forgot the order. On top they were out of stock. So 45min waiting and no food. What a waste of time.

The attention is not good. They are not friendly, but the place is beautiful, super aesthetic. And the green juice I had was super top. And the hot chocolate is super rich and vegan :)

The most expensive croissant I've ever eaten. CHF 4.- amazing! The price is covered discreetly and only found out when the horrendous bill arrives. I then didn't want to accept it and have the money back. Since they don't seem to have any cash, they couldn't refund me. Thank you, visiting you once was enough for me.

Alright. We could hope for a more inventive and extensive map, but, oh well. The juices are delicious.

Great vegan restaurant / cafe! Fresh and tasty products! Very friendly staff! There is free tap water and delicious bread! They also have wheelchair accessible toilets!

It was so pity to learn that Off-White açai bowl is taken out from the menu. It was probably the best açai bowl in town, delicate and exquisite taste wise. I have to thank Roberto for trying to suggest alternative options and add-ons, however it is not what it was with the original off-white recipe. Please being back off-white açai ball to the menu

For the coffee, I rather visit the branch at Schanzengraben.

A very clean and modern cafe. I was happy to be able to eat iced Americano in Zurich. The baristas are also cool, and the atmosphere itself is hip.

Pop in for a good Barista-made coffee if you are in Grossmünsterplatz area. The interior is very modern and sleek. Love it ❣️ Plenty of table inside.

Brunch at the new @rootsandfriends location by the Indigo Gym (Niederdorf). Great açai bowl, this was the small portion for 15 CHF (+2.- for granola), very filling and delicious! 🤩😍👏🏼
