roox Lounge Gossau in Gossau (SG)

Very well maintained and beautiful lounge. The service was excellent, even though it was busy and the boss was alone. Shishas well made and the drinks are also impressive. I'd be happy to come back when I'm nearby.

Unfortunately not at all like before

The Roox Lounge has been completely remodeled. The ambience is too bright for a shisha bar for me personally. The seating is also all new but uncomfortable for me. It seems they want to retarget the audience of customers. It seems they want to bill themselves more as a wine and drinks bar rather than a shisha bar. Unfortunately for me it no longer has a “living room feeling”, it has become too uncomfortable for that. The Roox Lounge used to have a homely living room feeling, which I've missed since the renovation. Service staff also changed after the opening. They make an effort and are committed. It currently says at the entrance that it is closed due to company holidays, but we don't know when the company holidays will be finished. Also no information on Insta or the homepage.

Food was good, but on Sunday you wait far too long. The plates are not cleared away. Perhaps more staff should be deployed. You should probably strain the freshly squeezed orange juice, it had real shreds and seeds in it.

Hello, my dears I wanted to say thank you again in this way. You outdid yourself, everything was perfect. We celebrated my daughter's first birthday at Roox Cafe Gossau. I have to say that every wish was fulfilled very professionally. The food was very fine! We were allowed to have live music in the cafe, which is not a given. They also made a closed society for us, which was perfect for our needs. No matter what occasion you need something for, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to you. We will definitely celebrate with you again😘🥰

Perfectly freshly fried burger made from 100% Swiss ingredients (burger patties are made in-house). It doesn't get any better! I can highly recommend it. Very nice service and a varied menu.

Best cheesecake I had :) the location is comfortably furnished and the tea is served in an exciting way. Certainly an experience. But you have to put something in your pocket if you visit it regularly :P

Well, so so so, serving staff don't take covid that seriously, but they wear a mask under their chin all the time. More for young people. Personally, I wouldn't go there again. And not at all at the moment.

The best shisha bar in St. Gallen. The staff is also very friendly. I feel very comfortable and the shishas are also really good. I can only recommend Roox.

The shisha wasn't bad but wasn't exactly the best either. The shisha was a bit expensive for not exactly good quality. At first we had to wait a long time until we were served. There was a complaint when we were paying when we wanted to split the bill.

Everything was free. We were seated directly at an occupied seat... Even though other seats were free. The ventilation was off and the shisha and cigarettes made it very unpleasant. 300ml cola/sweet drink costs 5.50, I find this very expensive. Alcohol prices are ok.

The normal shisha is OK, nothing special with Coco's and Amy's clay head chimney setup but too expensive

Shisha and drinks came very quickly. Service was top. The ambience and mood is amazing! Very nicely decorated and above all the sofas are very comfortable. The music is cool too, but: it's way too loud! Am I in a shisha bar or a club? I want to have a nice time smoking shisha with my friends and talking to them, not yelling at them like I would in a club and ending up with tinnitus. Please take the criticism calmly :) Peace

On weekends without a reservation it is almost impossible to get a place.
