Saftlade in Zürich

My mother and I were treated very poorly. We were polite and offered 4 language options to communicate but as we don't speak the local language, there was even a "Rolling eyes" from the employees. We got two fruit juices which, in addition to being overpriced (a city standard), came hot in the middle of summer.

Relaxed enjoyment in the heart of the city During my last visit to the juice shop, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm advice and courteous service. The atmosphere was inviting and thanks to the nice weather I was able to comfortably enjoy my stay outside. The dessert was a real treat and rounded off the afternoon perfectly. A place I can definitely recommend and where I will happily spend time again!

Intimate spot within the Altstadt for a coffee…

Extremely rude staff who ruined my morning coffee experience. I asked for an ice coffee with a little bit of soy milk. The barista said she doesn’t speak English and wouldn’t even try to understand - she just turned around while I was speaking. She poured an entire cup of almost only milk with crushed ice which was disgusting. Paid 7 CHF and threw the coffee away immediately.

Super nice staff and really tasty and varied food. Keep it up, dear juice shop team.

The waitress was extremely impolite, she was rushing us even though there was nobody after us and it was midday and she had nothing else to do. Nice matcha but the service ruined the whole experience. Will never be coming back. Such people should not work in service, very very disappointed 😞

Poor customer service or rather none at all!

Great little shop in the old town that is also an eye-catcher. We had a salad bowl, a vegetarian sandwich, vegetable juice and a raspberry brownie - everything was super fresh and delicious! Perfect for vegetarians.

Good alternative to everyday life

Best juice shop in town. Bonus point. Right next to the condomeria in the old town. This is how the juices mix again. Joking aside. This store is simply a gem and legendary. Healthy, yummie and worth a bite. Thanks.

Very tasty pastrami bagels and hummus rolls. Staff very friendly. Places to sit outside. Unfortunately not very cheap (rolls, bagels, coffee, tea > 30 CHF). Therefore 1 star deducted from me.

The juice shop is located not far from the town hall and Grossmünster. The shop is a bit hidden. The eye-catching blinds ensure that you can still discover the store. The offer is generous for the size. Unfortunately the prices are excessive. And the service unfriendly. Unfortunately the juice was too watery for me. I have a problem with adding apple juice to it at such prices. But the store definitely has potential.

super tasty offer • I can recommend it to anyone who loves “homemade”. Simply ask boldly about the prices • smile. The soups, for example, are great • I like to have freshly squeezed grapefruit juice made ♡

We ordered a juice in a cup (medium size) here. Prices were poorly written and it was not clear what it would cost. The young woman who served us was in a bad mood and very unfriendly. Our juice cost CHF 9.50 and the cup was only 3/4 full so that a lot more could have fit. Zurich is expensive, but this is a takeaway and the prices are ridiculously expensive. This was our first visit here and will be our last. A complete waste of money.

Delicious vegetarian take-away with a difference. I often get something there for lunch. Always great. There is a lunch menu, fresh juices, 2-3 soups and delicious sandwiches, always lovingly prepared. Very friendly employees.
