I always receive friendly and courteous service at Schloss-Beck. My special requests were also addressed. For me, Schloss-Beck simply belongs to Nidau

Very pleasant and competent staff who take the trouble to speak French and all the products are just fabulous 🤩

Bought witch's pretzels and other sweets several times. Sometimes very good and fresh, sometimes despite asking whether the pastries were fresh, which was always answered in the affirmative, dry and definitely from the day before. It's a shame, you lose trust. The Ässbar is there for just such baked goods.

The waitresses not great. I ask for a cheese sandwich with hard bread, she shrugs her shoulders and says: hey it’s been a looooooooonnnnnnggggtttttttttttttttttttttttttttthe time we made more. His contemptuous manner leaves something to be desired and I won't go back there again.

The bakery and pastry shop is renowned. So are cakes, ice cream pies, ham croissants, etc. Everything is quality. I recommend going there for a coffee break or to buy a dessert. There are small round tables at the edge of the sidewalk and normal tables inside. Some negative points despite everything: 1. It gets crowded very quickly and it's not big. 2. Often only 2 waitresses and often overwhelmed because there is too much to do (during peak hours: in the morning) 3. Parking spaces are very close but quickly occupied. 4. Outside, my girlfriend had already finished her two croissants and drunk 2/3 of her Cappuccino and I still hadn't been able to order anything.

One of best bakeries in and around Biel Bienne Nidau. Lots of choices, and their bread is excellent! All their products are top class. Not cheap but worth it. Recommended! 👍

I go by Schlossbeck every Sunday to get a fresh croissant and I don't want to miss it :-) The staff is great and a big thank you for being open on Sundays.

Really delicious goods at Schloss Beck 😋 e.g. the roast beef baguette or the legendary tuna fishli. And during the season the great strawberry tarts. The price is rather on the upper side.

Very tasty bakery! The tuna fish is absolutely delicious for in between meals. For dessert I can recommend the delicious strawberry tarts and the cream slices, they are both super delicious! Keep it up! 👌🏼👍🏼

We have been going there since I was a child; For over 35 years the best pastries, the best pastries and cakes and the friendliest faces behind the counter! And customer service that goes beyond anything I've seen before: I once bought a few things including sandwiches for myself and my hairdresser. But they weren't in the carrier bag when I got to her. After a quick call, the lady from Schlossbeck offered to bring the sandwiches over to me straight away because it would have been her mistake (but I should think for myself and check before I go ;-)). In fact, she came over shortly after, even though it was a good 30 minute drive back and forth for her. I think that's just fantastic!

Very good Beck always has fresh baked goods and also more and more other foods such as salads, ice cream, frozen dough, etc. Since the renovation, the branch has become a little more spacious but has lost some of its charm. The numerous Schlossbeck employees always take care of your needs quickly and in a friendly manner.

This morning I got Thon Fischli. Some time ago I remember the pastry with the clay filling was really excellent. Unfortunately, the bread this morning was dry (it was probably cooled and then warmed up) and there was hardly any filling in it, compared to before. Dear Schloss Beck, I hope that you find your way back to quality and hand it in from the day before directly to the ÄSS-BAR. If we notice that the food just ends up in the bucket, then we probably won't visit the store again. For the full price, the customer wants full quality. Thank you
