Shell in Zürich

I went shopping at Shell with my mother this Wednesday. The saleswoman at the checkout was very accommodating, even though it was close to closing time. The saleswoman took the time to help my mother find the correct change. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she was wearing a headscarf. As a customer you feel so welcome. Shopping is fun and we'll definitely be back!

Nice staff and lots of choice. I'm usually there on the holidays to buy things I've forgotten. Fresh produce available, but also lots of snacks.

Very spacious and beautifully furnished! The range is 100% convincing in terms of both width and depth 👍🏻 Everything is very bright, clean and totally attractively decorated 👍🏻 The staff is without exception friendly and helpful.

Unlike other gas stations, I guess I'm lucky. The employees are very friendly and quick to serve you at the counter. This is noticeable at peak times. The opening times suit me perfectly until later in the evening, and it is also open on Sundays.

I am actually a regular customer of this gas station (regular visit for 7 years) and I am very satisfied not only with the prices but also with the service. The staff is always friendly and always helpful. The diversity of the employees is particularly positive. The team obviously works together, which makes me, as a customer, pleasantly happy early in the morning.

I'm a bit surprised by the comments here. In my opinion, the staff is friendly and attentive and the range is standard for a Migrolino. Only the opening times are incorrect, they probably refer to the gas station. Please correct.

Since the Muslim ladies have been working there, the service has become more and more lousy! Every time I want to shop there, half of it is missing because the boss hasn't reordered the goods and doesn't make sure the racks are filled! That is not how it works! The German gentleman and the other men are extremely friendly and accommodating! It's a shame that the store has obviously deteriorated!

I'm a regular customer and I'm happy that there's a gas station nearby. Please offer more vegan foods, we would be very happy about that. 😄 I'll give it 4 stars first and then 5 as soon as more comes along 👍

Worst service ever, anywhere in Switzerland! There are only 1-2 exceptions, a young man always nice, friendly and quick to serve!

According to the opening times, the gas station should be open at 00:00. Today June 18th I wanted to get a coffee and croissants at 4:55 a.m. Unfortunately it was closed. Annoying. Please specify correct opening times or fill up and specify shop separately.

What an unfriendly operator.... The drinks cooler is empty, no Redbull, no Cola... I haven't seen anything like that in a long time, the other shelves don't look any better. When I worked there they didn't accept that kind of thing...

Refrigerators are empty, employees prefer to talk to each other. you are not greeted. migrolino how it is slowly but surely becoming the standard.

A disaster!!! On Sundays there are 12 people in line and only one cash register is working!! Never again, it's better to drive on and fill up at another gas station!

it's okay 👌 has everything you need but now it doesn't have such blatant details what I mean by that: you can have a villa with normal furniture etc. no extras but a lot of space blah blah blah... but you can also add works of art designer furniture decoration then you could give it 5 stars 👍😊

Actually quite good but the quality of the staff has steadily declined in the last few months. I can't understand why one checkout is open on a Sunday when there are 11 people in the store and even as many are waiting outside, even though there are 3 employees in the store.

It's only for refueling, but you have to wait a long time until you can pay because there is usually only one cash register open at a time and more people come to shop than to refuel

I put 4 instead of five, since the clamp does not work on diesel pistols, I have to clamp it with my hand and guess how much is left before the tank is full. The rest is great. At the gas station there is hot coffee of different types, always delicious fresh pastries, homemade sandwiches, and very tasty bread. The cleanest toilet. Convenient entry and exit from both sides.

The staff, especially the female ones, at this gas station leaves something to be desired. They could show a lot more friendliness to the customers and smile when serving them and show less arrogance towards the customer. Every time I visit it's always the same thing until today!!!!

The friendliness of the cashier is inappropriate. I wasn't even greeted. The cashier didn't say a single word to me. The cashier was Bosnic or something.

The staff is arrogant, unfriendly and condescending towards customers. They should urgently release some women and train the new employees and show them how to deal with customers.

A little hint to the boss, staff training on friendliness would go a long way. The Furttal kiosk at the bus stop is way ahead!
