I would like to give a good and positive review to a business again. But what I experienced today at this gas station is simply not correct! I wanted to buy cigarettes and walked into the shop with my own e-scooter (without driving around and switched off) and went straight to the checkout. I was asked to put the scooter outside where others could fall over it or it could be stolen . Conclusion: The purchase takes 30 seconds. Instead, I was unable to make a purchase because of this annoying request when I left the gas station. Apparently Shell doesn't need to offer guests customer-friendly service. I will be happy to avoid refueling and shopping at this shop in the future and will not recommend it to others. An absolute “no-go”

Not open 24 hours a day. I went here after 10pm and the person who was cleaning up inside told us it's closed now.

Unbelievable, I have to change the opening times today because the owner hasn't corrected it yet. From 10 p.m. onwards a lot of people come to fill up and walk around and can't find any machines.

Prices are constant, the employees are very unfriendly, I'm next door to gas stations and I drive 10☆ every time I go to Volketswil. And there is always a good offer on a regular basis minus 5 rap. Per liter and...!

Unfriendly cashier. I wanted to ask if you could fill up and pay with a card and one of them closed the door. I had to wait like crazy until she finally opened the door and said “no” with a grim expression. Never again!! One star is still too many!!

Today I'm once again very disappointed with Shell Sonnental. Unfortunately there is an employee who is very unfriendly. Today at 12:20 p.m. I was shopping there. I bought 10 items and wanted a plastic bag with them and I asked the employee if she could I can pack my things because I don't have the money ready yet, she answers quickly and told me that it's not her job because Migros employees don't pack customers' things, so I asked her if she was Migros, she didn't give me an answer but gave her name very confidently and she said that she would write it down so that she was in the right. I told her that she was actually just making it worse with the whole thing, she could have just packed the items quickly and So the whole thing would be solved, she answers very cheekily, I'm like you too!!! I don't understand what she meant by that, only I understood that she has no idea about customer service and customer satisfaction, unfortunately she leaves a very bad impression of Shell. I won't be going to the gas station again in the future.

Shell used to be extremely hostile to motorbike drivers. As a motorbike driver you were treated like a criminal. Today everyone has masks on and it's no longer a problem... someone else should understand that.

Small shop with a good selection. Service could be more attentive and friendly.

Bought the ice cream and took it to the car, ok straight back and wanted to exchange the ice cream for another one - it didn't work because I transported the ice cream out of the dwm shop. I had to buy the new ice cream again. I have rarely experienced such stupid service. Stay away from this shop!!

I will never buy from this gas station again. It's unbelievable that the staff at this place work with no heart and no respect and very picky on Miss Connie. I inform you that there are more friendly animals than you.

All employees are rude, swear in front of customers and look at female customers' breasts!!!!!!! Outrageous
