We had reserved, but our place was not kept free. The staff reacted extremely unfriendly!

After making a reservation on Wednesday, we didn't get the reserved table today! About 30 students would have wanted lunch! So we had to stay hungry! The staff reacted very unfriendly and didn't give us any suggestions for a solution!

Very unfriendly host. We made reservations in advance for dinner for 15 people. Unfortunately this didn't work. Because “only” reservations for the terrace are accepted. Not for indoor use. We were not told this when we made the reservation. We didn't get our table.
