Star Grill in Buchs (SG)

This place is really cool, I go here for kebap and Durrum. I had pizza🍕 last time, it was delicious. I recommend this place.

The driver refuses to deliver the pizza because I supposedly live too far away. I live in Grabs and am 8 minutes away. If you don't want my money, I'll just spend it somewhere else🤷‍♂️

ATTENTION: I wanted to pay with Twint and there was no invoice! The delivery lady's amount was higher than when I asked again in the store...!!!? Very dubious! Ordered Dürüm with everything, unfortunately only had 1 slice of tomato and 3 small pieces of lettuce inside. I didn't want all watery sauce, meat and tough dough! The only positive thing is the delivery time. Was quoted as 30 to 40 minutes and came after 35 minutes. Ordered there exactly 3 times! The first, the only and the last time!

When the boss is there... Top food, top service Are there only employees... Sometimes it gets too complicated and the kebab isn't as delicious as when the boss makes it

I have ordered different dishes several times now. And just sickening. The durum. Meat ok but the dough not right because it was way too tough. Just prepared quickly, nothing more. The pizzas are catastrophic no matter which one. The dough is so thin that I'm hungry again after an hour, let alone with the economical toppings on it. And that for 12.50?ridiculous. Ordered hamburger. I really didn't know whether to cry or laugh. A burger patty packed into a kebab? Guys, do you even know what a hamburger looks like? Have you ever been to McDonalds and Co? You should take a look. I order a burger and get a kebab with burger meat. Incredible. And the. People who gave 5 stars or even take an extra hour's drive to the store have probably never eaten anything real, old Swede... If they gave minus stars you would be at the very end. I'll never order from you again. It's better to spend a few more francs somewhere else and get something real to eat instead of eating your own food. Sorry, but it has nothing to do with food for you. 🤢

The pizzas were really great and I recommend the hospitality of the owner of the restaurant. Anyone who goes there once will be a customer forever. I thank the host.

If there were 10 points it would be little to rate Star Grill. Reasons why I drive 1 hour (one way) to visit Star Grill and have never regretted it: 1. Friendliness very high 2. Cleanliness and hygiene were great 3. Ambience very pleasant inside and outside 4. Service very good 5. Food is fantastic with good quality and different products and selection 6. TOP price/performance ratio 7. There is no better kebab far and wide than Star Grill 8. Always surprise me with something new and I'm thrilled with Star Grill every time I could go on forever to praise the employees and management. You are the best, keep it up. You'll fill you up like a STAR! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

Good kebab shop all in all, especially the pizzas have a good price-performance ratio. Dürüm and kebab were also better, but have lost some of their quality over the years.

Not even worth 1 star! Wrong food delivered. The food stinks, fries like wood because they were fried in the old fat for too long! Despite just eating an order with a desired comment, the food was once again delivered incorrectly! The audacity and cheeky impudence of telling me that I had ordered wrong. Demand a lot of money for this disgusting stuff... the gentlemen can pick up this piece of crap and give me my money back! Of course we will spread the word about what bad management there is! Never order here again! And this is solely because they are not aware of anyone’s guilt!

They rip you off by selling expensive drinks but then delivering cheaper ones. Example Smirnof and 0.5l beer ordered and received 2x 0.33l beer. That's cheating!

A place located right on the main road, it offers a variety of pizzas and kebabs, in my case, since all the pizzas cost 9.50 euros, I tried the kebab pizza. I would say that I never expected such good pizza in Switzerland. So congratulations in the kitchen! The only flaw was that the ATM wasn't working on the day of my visit.

Very bad experience. Food was ordered for 7:00 p.m., but arrived at 6:00 p.m. (not everyone was home yet) Courier said he knew nothing and didn't even apologize. Was generally very unfriendly. When we called, all we got was a lame excuse: “We don’t keep track of when you ordered it.” However, it’s on the receipt and so it was just a poor excuse. There was no apology from him either. Eat: Doner ok, but bread not warm and not crispy. Fries: limp and half frozen inside.
