Starbucks in Genève

The layout and the drinks are standard Starbucks. There's really nothing special about it in that sense, although it's very clean, which is nice. But the staff are wonderful. To me, they seem extra friendly and patient than most other Sbux staff I've come across.

This is the first time I've come across a Starbucks establishment that doesn't have any gluten-free dining options.

Profesional and friendly staff. Small capucchino in offer for 4.9 CHF and butter 🥐 for less than 2. Easy registration WiFi 🛜

Standard taste and price coffee shop in Geneva station. Near the automatic luggage storage room next to the currency exchange room. For a large 28” suitcase the price is 10CHF. If you want to use the toilet in Geneva station you must pay 1.5 CHF.

I wanted to take a takeaway order, namely focaccia margaritas, a savory dish. Once out of the store in my great naivety I bit into it and a sweet taste appeared, I then realized that my focaccia was coated in chocolate. Needless to say, I wasted 9 francs. Learn how to clean your ovens, it’s distressing!

We arrived for two hot chocolates at 7 p.m., two large trash cans were in the middle of the path. I asked for two hot chocolates in a lactose-free one due to my allergy, the waitress started laughing with her colleague about my order. Once waiting to collect my chocolates the waiter didn't even say hello to us, didn't even say which chocolate was which we had to estimate ourselves. The cafe is dirty tables with lots of stains and filled with leftovers from other customers and the floor as well.

The staff doesn't work much, they just laugh with one of their friends.

This is a beautiful space to sip on some coffee as you wait for your train/bus.

I passed yesterday 😟 the price of two espressos (10.40) does not pay for the lack of a smile from the young waiter who did nothing other than run his hand over his hair before touching the food 🤢

10 minutes early for a little coffee between lovers before parting before a big trip, we were asked to leave because it was not open. We feel that we are not dealing with the owner of a business. The problem is that we get shipped.

They have cups and even if you drink on site they serve the drinks in a paper cup WITH a plastic lid. Sarbuck it’s SHAMEFUL!

As with all Starbucks, a bit expensive but good quality. And the baristas are very nice

Went to get an iced caramel macchiato, the barista was super friendly and helped me pick the right size for my reusable cup. Service was fast and the drink is delicious! Feels good to have bubbly people so early in the morning :)

Classic starbucks café. They have sweets, vegan bread, and all the normal coffee options. They also have a section of Starbucks cups/mugs. It’s not the biggest place, but it wasn’t too crowded when I was there midday. The staff aren’t the most friendly or happy, but they were pretty quick with our order. The vegan caesar sandwich was okay, but I wouldn’t buy it again. The bread was quite hard. I usually pick those sandwiches that they can put in their oven machine, but they didn’t have any of those.

I asked for a large drink without ice cubes, in addition to charging me more than the initial price, they gave me ice cubes and no longer had any straws

Staff not friendly with a smile… we ordered hot chocolates ultimately it was only hot milk… and this is not the first time.

Waiting 4 minutes to take an order and one order at a time while you are in a station during rush hour.

It was great that it opened early in the morning as it was located inside the train station. The staff welcomed us kindly. I used it because I had nowhere to go around 6 in the morning! It's hard to find a place in Geneva that opens this early.

Go there just to check the price of an espresso, 5 francs and 20 cents... that's what I was told. For the price, of course, you order at the bar and take your drink with you. The sugar, cream and a piece of wood as a spoon are at your disposal. Well afterwards, being of a "liberal" nature, each company sets its price. To see at least once in your life for the price nevertheless the lady at the checkout was smiling and courteous to end on a positive note....

Staff who do not understand being in a station, as soon as they say they are in a hurry, find excuses and justify themselves by saying that they have 3 minutes to place the order... When we just want a minimum of effort... 3x the same thing, limit if they don't purposely be even slower after the announcement of this one. Problem of ego and effort at work. In a STATION, customers can be in a hurry yes, asking someone to do their job is not an insult eh… If you don't like the service and dealing with customers, find another job... But It’s a shame, because some people are friendly and understanding…

Super nice and funny staff. Unfortunately there was no longer what I needed for my favorite drink but that's okay. I find it great to be able to have drinks with plant-based milk. It wasn't too noisy even though it's in the middle of the station, pleasant surprise!

Specially bad day today, rude guy making the drinks… probably came from serving drinks on a shady corner somewhere, in general the girls today ( not the ones I see usually) were doing a job not really caring or smiling… sometimes I wonder where are the secret shoppers sometimes…

Personal too familiar and passing are time to chat. They allow themselves to make comments about customers and are unhelpful. Education and training to be reviewed.

I went there Tuesday morning and frankly I am disappointed. I ordered two croissants. They were cold and dry. When I arrived to order there were 3 young ladies who kept talking about their private lives in front of the customers. The one who received me was not at all focused, at the same time as she took my order she was talking to her colleagues. The tables were not cleared. A gentleman had to sit on a table where there was already a dirty cup of coffee. Their colleague had to arrive so that the tables could be cleaned. I will not return to this Starbucks yet I have good experiences with the others in the city that I have frequented regularly these weeks.

I went to this Starbucks with my little sister. We ordered a personalized drink which had not posed any problem in other Starbucks in France. Here for the first time in Geneva, we made the same order. Firstly, the waitress was already quite drunk and said “the not at all annoying thing” in an ironic way to make us understand her annoyance just because we had asked for a personalized order. I should point out that the personalized order ended up only being a soy/almond milk latte with two pumps of caramel and two pumps of white mocha. So nothing exceptional. Once the order is made, we receive our drinks in tall size. As you can attest in the photo, if that’s the tall size, what is the small then? A shot? We made the remark to one of the waitresses who understood her mistake but one of her colleagues (a manager) cut her off as if to cover up her error and pretended not to understand what we were saying to her and to justify the price by explaining that cold drinks are more expensive. The price wasn't the issue, the size was. I will never go to this Starbucks again and I strongly advise against it.

There are a lot of people. Come on weekdays and there will be less people.

Where to start? What a sorry excuse of a coffeehouse. Dirty, messy, freakishly expensive for what you’re getting. The lack of any serious competition is the only thing keeping the lights on.

Of all the Starbucks I go to, it's the only one that charges 10 cents for the cup, strange right?

yesterday at the station I was cheated on a match. Having paid for my matcha with a card, I ordered a matcha and a cheesecake for my friend, and two matches were counted for her. but when I said I paid by card for myself the girl told me I didn't pay and didn't give me the check. Today I was convinced of this, because PostFinance reported a charge to Starbucks today. I guess the girl heard my bad French and decided I wouldn't understand anything. it's a shame, the money is small, but I don't want to return to this cafe again.

Everything is good, but in terms of the quality of the drink and the cake, it's really stupid. I got a blueberry muffin, it was really stupid, both in terms of design and taste.

Waiters aren't really smiley but the barista, despite he was really busy to say the least, was so nice it saved the overall experience!

Drinks are very expensive for very average quality. the little pain au chocolat was not cooked and not very good. Tables not cleared.

The staff at this Starbucks were truly wonderful. I just realized the true meaning of “Starbucks” and their mission. Although their coffees and other food and beverages are slightly more expensive, there is a hidden meaning and a service behind the Starbucks brand. They provide charging ports for mobiles phones and computers and a temporary workspace for travelers and the locals. This is one of the great ways that Starbucks gives back to the community of loyal “Starbucksters”. Being an Australian myself, I only ever come across Starbucks in the past few years. I hope the Australians would understand the service that Starbucks provides and give them a second chance. I believe it has never been about the coffee; it is way of giving back to the community. Couple of little things that I would like to point out. 1. It would be nice if the music is not so loud 2. It would be nice if the noise from the coffee bar is blocked from the main coffee lounge area. These two suggestions are applicable in almost all the Starbucks that I have even been to. Other that, good job Starbucks!

Great we also find coffee with vegetable milk too bad there is only almond milk. With vegetable hazelnut milk the taste of coffee is different

Unfortunately, I drank a Chocolate Coffee Crunch Frapp. But it didn't taste like coffee or chocolate, just nuts. At least my children were amused by my agonized face. I apologize to the homeless for wasting 23.70 CHF instead of giving it to them.

It's standard Starbucks service, handy to have one in the station when the other coffee sellers are crowded during rush hours.

Great place to work, I like that the internet connection is also really good (had a couple video conferences there and I was happy). Customer service is irréprochable but surprisingly, THERE ARE NO BATHROOMS IN HERE! And there is literally only 1 bathroom in the whole damn gare so if u drank too much coffee, you gonna have to trek a few miles to use the rest room. how do you have a Starbucks with no bathrooms?
