It was ok, I thought it was a shame that there was only syrup instead of fresh coffee. Price performance very expensive Employees were friendly

I didn't consume anything, but they are the only ones in the entire center of Bern that give you free Wi-Fi. Deserved 5 stars.

What I expected from a Starbucks. Was very quiet on a Saturday morning. I worked for a few hours. All ok. Could have been a bit warmer.

The staff is friendly and there are a variety of cakes.. but the taste of coffee is very disappointing.

Very good Starbucks with excellent service, fast, and a very nice interior. I brought back a box of macaroons to share with my girlfriend for an even nicer experience. ⚠ They don't sell macarons like you see in the photo!

Unfortunately it was not possible to drink coffee from porcelain cups in the restaurant. Sustainable is different.

5 stars especially for Sonia - her amazing energy and smile in the early morning.. Even the barista prepared a wrong coffee for me-I noticed that a bit late but I need to catch the train so I could not ask to change it :))

Incredibly dirty toilet at 8:00 in the morning. Soap dispenser broken and filled to the top with water?? Tried to patch it with adhesive tape, but everything still falls down as soon as you come into contact with it. An imposition! Staff friendly.

I like going to Starbucks for coffee, but sometimes the tables aren't cleared here and it's not as cozy as elsewhere. The staff is friendly, the coffee is delicious.

I really like going to this Starbucks, it's centrally located in the shopping area. I often enjoy my ice chai latte to take away, especially in the front there is a small area with several benches under the trees where you can watch a bit of what's going on in the city. If you prefer quiet, I recommend the upper floor, which is very comfortable. In summer or when the weather is good, I can recommend the balcony. Absolute favorite Starbucks to stay at.

The cashier deducted 30 from me twice and claimed it had been debited once, which is not true because I could track everything on my bank app.

The female employee who makes drinks is very unfriendly. I ordered three drinks, but he made the mistake of ordering Americano and loudly told me to quickly get another menu. When I heard that Americano wasn't served, I said what?? and didn't even apologize. It's the year of the dog.

CLASSIC STARBUCKS, THE LOCATION IS REALLY EXCELLENT, IT OVERLOOKS THE BERN POLICE STATION SQUARE. THE FIRST FLOOR IS BEAUTIFUL WITH A BEAUTIFUL DINING ROOM AND A SMALL OUTSIDE TERRACE. BOTH THE BLUEBERRY MUFFIN AND THE RASPBERRY CHEESE CAKE ARE GOOD.

Very friendly staff. The employee Timoti in particular stands out with his attentive, courteous manner and makes every Starbucks visit an unforgettable experience. Every wish is served: whether cake, Frappucino, chafi shots or fine muffins, Timoti is there and goes “the extra mile” for the well-being of the customers. Coffee, cake, Timoti You can hear it all the way to Calgary, how willing he was to help Starbi without Timoti? Oh no.

Ambience not inviting, upholstery and table surfaces worn and unkempt, it was very cold on the first floor because the door to the terrace was always open...

This Starbucks is in the centre of Marktgasse to the left in the centre of the square. Nicely situated and plenty of space including upstairs and downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. In nice weather there are seats outside and 3 days a week there is a market outside that sells everything from fruit to handcrafted items

Starbucks Bern Waisenhausplatz: It used to be cozy here. Now there are only a few tables left, no decorations, hardly any comfortable armchairs, no light background music. Almost sterile environment. I haven't been here for a while, I think I'll keep it.

We made ourselves comfortable on the second floor. There's so much choice that you'll want to try everything, so it's super tasty

The interia is not something special, but the staff there are very kind and helpful. Koreans do not have racial discrimination. If you are good at English, you can relax with a cup of Americano.

This starbucks location is really good. The staffs were pretty kind but wrote a wrong name😅.. I said Claire twice though.. And i requested a cup for dine in but got a plastic cup. I should‘ve been better if the staff listen carefully what the customer say.

I have always loved their drinks, but today to my great surprise I saw that the cool lime was prepared with tap water. When I asked, the employee told me yes, it is normal tap water, without filter. As I don't dare drink this water, I had to throw it away. A little expensive for tap water.

Tables were littered. The chairs on the ground floor are beyond dingy. The lady who operates the machines (tall, slim, brown-red hair) is unmotivated and unfriendly.

Ordered Starbucks Frappuccino Coffee and received something with ice cubes and milk. No trace of syrup or coffee! Unfortunately, the same drinks are rarely exactly the same and are sometimes served by beginners without passion! Starbucks Bern Waaghausgasse unfortunately VERY bad.

The drinks are always very good and the staff are very friendly but the tables are not cleared, not cleaned, the floor is sticky, the armchairs full of stains. It's a shame

Entering the upper floor I found all the tables filled with empty cups.. the balcony was even worse where not a single table didn't have at least one empty cup - sometimes even seats were filled with trash.

The location is good, the interior is well furnished and the staff is always friendly.

This is the home of world class coffee at the Berne Train Station.

We asked for a mask as my friend lost hers on the way. We were denied this. (The friend was waiting outside Starbucks). We were offered a coffee to go, nothing else. I think in times of Corona you could expect more.

Increasingly worse and unfriendly for years! It's a shame that as a customer you have to be made out to be an idiot because the app doesn't work again. And if you then want to pay with a Starbucks voucher because you received it because of a very questionable incident, it is reluctantly accepted and, here too, accepted without comment and casually thrown away in front of the customer. Regarding the drinks in general, preparations vary and the quality is not always great. A pity! I used to be a barista at Starbucks and the philosophy back then was really different. It is important to mention that the Saturday morning crew always serves customers in the friendliest way.

Café was good as always, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

€14 for two small cafes but hey, we needed wifi and plugs, the place was nice.
