Went in this morning 2c outside door wide open. Freezing cold inside. Quite empty. Everyone stays dressed up when seated. Latte Coffee as usual, weak foam, but the real bad was the croissant, ICE COLD, thick, heavy errrk never again! How on earth in French speaking town can one serve such bad croissants?

Coffee nothing special. Chocolate parcel defrosted badly, bad taste and old dough. Very rude staff, I understand that it was early in the morning, but making you get up to wash the floor, while you are consuming, is not polite especially in terms of manners.

Toilets needed to be cleaned. I really don't understand why big chains which charge a premium can't keep their 'toilet' clean. It smelt with tissue paper all over the place as the bin was overwhelmed.

It's a bit expensive for what it is. I took à cinnamon rolls and a refresher dragon fruit. The cinnamon roll was really good, but regarding the dragon fruit refresha I'm not sure if there is actually a dragon fruit inside. In addition, there were a lot of people, so I'm not sure it's pleasant to go there to work or relax.

Smelly place very rude manager his name is Ellen or Joud . Unfortunately , he was taking my order while managing the place . I am loyal to Starbucks. I have to visit everywhere . Always , smily understanding staff . It’s clear from the photo of the cup that he was too busy and not listening. Plz bring more staff and train them how to act when pressured or busy .

We were served in 20 minutes. I don't recommend this place if you want to have a good time with friends. On the other hand, if you want to have high tension this is the ideal place!

Unacceptable service. Hot chocolate taken on site put in a cup and when I ask for a cup they look at me with a black look. For the price paid it is inexcusable.

The gentleman who took the order at the checkout was very unpleasant.... It's number 209 on the note. The latte tasted burnt. Worst Starbucks experience!

To Go orders are practical but it's a shame that with each bagel order it is not automatically reheated...we then have to wait to reheat it and in the end we don't save any time

Horrible experience, the barista put it everywhere my drink leaked and stuck everywhere and was not sweet at all. 9 euros is expensive for what it is!! Luckily the carrot cake was good.

Nice coffee shop, but I had to wait a little long for the order, they are not always fulfilled one after the other. Cool cocktails were ordered. I can't say that they impressed me with their taste, more suitable just for cooling down in hot weather than for enjoying the taste. But overall the impression is good. The staff is friendly and kind.

The Starbucks atmosphere is well respected here, the latte is tasty and not too sweet. There are clean and accessible toilets thanks to an access code noted on the receipt. Wifi available, proximity to the city center. You can pay in euros.

Ideal for studying when the libraries are closed. Still calculating a little noise. Very sugary, unnatural, laboratory-made drinks and food. A real fast food.

Great place to visit as always, but I think the staff was a bit overwhelmed with the number of customers at the time of my visit. Granted there were several large complex orders ahead of me, so I give grace at this moment. But to be quite frank, it was in the bottom 3 Carmel Macchiatos I have had in the nearly 20 years of drinking Starbucks. Granted I have visited more than 50 locations on 4 continents and too many countries to list! Better luck next time I guess 🤦🏾‍♂️.....

Too noisy to work compared to other Starbucks, even on a Tuesday in the middle of the day.

Horrible welcome, refusal to put cups in because the dish machine was supposedly broken, not friendly at all. Then ask for a camarel machiatto, not good at all, barely any caramel, no foam. Ask to add coffee, they charge me 2 francs for that. In short, to escape a terrible experience, I am used to being welcomed with a warm atmosphere in other Starbucks.

First and last time, this Sunday evening at 7 p.m. we arrived and received late No good evening, we waited a long time then an employee arrived saying if we had chosen even though we had chosen a long time ago. Professional and friendly team but I am disappointed that - (1) my French loyalty card does not work: how has such a large group not thought of an international loyalty card??? - (2) that Euro banknotes are not accepted. It is still an extremely common currency... For these 2 details alone, I will not return to a Swiss Starbucks any time soon.

The iced pumpkin spice latte is okay. If you can’t tolerate cinnamon and nutmeg, it’s not recommended to try it. It’s a bit sweet, so remember to use less sugar.

I went on May 26th in the afternoon for a sautéed caramel something, it was terrible, no caramel taste, very bitter. The service was good but the person who prepared the drinks was not at the same level as the others.

Best to get your coffee shot early in the morning from this branch as queue tends to build up during the day.
