Starbucks in Zürich

Absolute disaster. Barista who doesn't listen, asks 5 times and then writes down the wrong thing. Despite all the internationality, the people at the counter should still be able to speak German. Unasked to put vegan whipped cream in drinks (even though we ordered without whipped cream) that wasn't gluten-free. My daughter almost got a gluten crash and then the bosses were insulted when she returned the drink and asked for a new one.

I left my wallet on the toilet and then the cleaning lady came in. Suddenly everything was gone. Will NEVER go in there again! Service wasn't willing to talk, wanted to take a look and call me back, I'm still waiting today!

Fast, friendly service. There is a ramp and a wheelchair-friendly entrance, which made it easier for us to enter with two suitcases. I can't rate the food, I just had something to drink.

I had an iced cappucino and a bacon and egg roll. The cappucino was refreshing and the egg and bacon roll tasted good.

If you want an iced Americano, go to Starbucks!! If you go one step down from the station, there is a restroom at the front of the basement. It seemed like there was a fee in the past, but now they don't take money.

Just terrible service, I am extremely disappointed. I explained that I didn't speak german (in german, in fact) and the cashier kept speaking German with a rude attitude. I will never return to this Starbucks.

Always drink a cold brew there with almond milk and sugar-free vanilla syrup. 🤝

Good location, big tables. Unfortunately, the staff often talk quite loudly, so we can only recommend it to a limited extent as a place to learn.

despite the fact they’re still unable to write my name properly, I still find myself there every other day. I now can say that I know the staff and the place is nice, cozy, a good coffeshop! Would recommend :)

Starbucks is always worth it Central

Rude staff, wanted to eat in but staff didn’t inform that the oven was broken till after payment was done so food was cold, when asked to get take away, didn’t package the food and simply handed it roughly so I packed my own food. The coffee order was not followed and wrong syrup used.

When I was in line, the people behind me were served first. Staff extremely slow and unmotivated. I ran out after being ignored for 10 minutes without doing anything.

Two hours before closing, and the staff can't be bothered to make filter coffee. They gave me Americano, which I hate. Even in Europe, I'd expect Starbucks to offer...coffee

Even my somewhat special order was implemented perfectly and you could see that the employees strive to fulfill every wish just as the customer imagined it. The service was super friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely come back again. Made my day, thanks Lisa :)

The espresso is okay, but the staff is a bit crazy and rude.

I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and got one with meat instead.

I was a tourist and didn’t speak german at all, while I was trying to order the barista just kept talking to me in german even though I said I didn’t speak the language and it was being really uncomfortable to me. I thought it was not considerate at all because I didn’t understand a thing…

Really nice location to check your emails and browse some internet while charging your phone/laptop, but as always it's Starbucks o expect to pay a lot.

Staff is friendly, drinks weren't too sweet, so perfect. The seating is quite limited and narrow.

Shoo can be found in the Stadelhofen train station area. Very unclean impression. Tables are not cleared, everything seems quite disorganized. Coffee tastes delicious, but better to go than to stay on site. A pity!

The staff here is always so kind and they prepare the drinks in almost no time at all. My most visited Starbucks! Really practical as right by the Trainstation.

1. I looked on the website to see what was available at Starbucks and got a snappy answer from the employee, 'I just give it extra', what does that mean...? - not explained. Then the colleague couldn't pronounce an Italian word and was corrected in an arrogant and snippy tone 2. certainly not 'blaspheming' about the customer in Spanish. You should pay attention to whoever is standing in front of you and could 'maybe' understand you... Rude, arrogant, ignorant and 3. didn't know that you can order hibiscus with EXTRA SYRUP... either proper training or think twice about hiring one. Lady Ruth Azucena was the name on the receipt. We are a business that has often enjoyed coming by, but we are less likely to want to come by such an unfriendly, arrogant, unsuspecting employee and what you have is not written correctly on the website, please change that

I go to Starbucks every week and the service is friendly everywhere except this Starbucks. This is a pure disaster! If you have the Stucard you get a 15% discount. This lady (Sandra) made a huge scene because it wasn't a Stucard. I shouldn't lie. I probably really know what kind of card I have and then I called my bank because she did made me unsure and of course they confirmed it to me. This Sandra took a photo of my card (data protection) I told her to please delete the photo, that's not possible!! And after everything I've read about this person here, I don't understand why she's still working there?! The rest of the staff were also not friendly, I've never experienced anything like that.

So far we've been here 1-2 times almost every weekend because the staff are nice, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and our little one got a Babyccino in a larger cup. Not since we were served by the shift manager (dark hair and dark glasses). She is unfriendly and hectic and even complained to other guests in our presence. This creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere. She also wanted an extra 2 CHF for the slightly larger Babyccino (essentially just a little milk foam). All in all, a no-go for a cozy start to the day with family and/or friends. Anyone who charges premium prices should also offer corresponding service. We'd rather look for a new regular cafe.

The service was very bad, especially the sucky staff. Their presence alone is enough to make people feel bad.

I have come here many times and this is the first time that I have been treated so badly by an employee (Sandra with black hair and glasses). I really noticed her tone and she should work on her friendliness. That's a no-go

I asked to Oliver (ausbildung man) something about the app and he wanted to answer, but inmediatly Amanda the Barista said: we dont know anything about the Starbucks app, you have to write in the app your question.... So, she really need be more involved and feel part of the company.. At least listen what is my question. Then i could solve my problem with the App, and i asked if i could register my points after to pay, but again another girl Michelle said the same: we dont know anything about the app. Then they (both girls) They were laughing and speaking in their language (german). I think this is disrespectful to the customer and is not aligned with the Starbucks philosophy.

Good Starbucks, friendly, fast, clean. At the moment because of Covid there is no option for more milk or anything else where you are used to being able to add some kind of powder to your coffee.

Perfectly located for those close to Zurich who are seeking an early morning coffee injection to kick start the day. Whilst Starbucks does offer a general experience in each store, the Batista's at this particular location are polite, and always ready to provide a custom and exceptional customer experience.

It was too loud. There were some who were under 18. They laughed out loud.

Long queues due to lack of staff

One of the most beautiful places in Zurich. The Celts settled here 3,000 years ago. During the Roman era there was a fort here, and in the Middle Ages during the time of the Carolingians it was the palace of the German kings and emperors of the Holy Roman Empire. In the late Middle Ages, armed women gathered here to defend the city. Today it is a public park with a wonderful view of the Limmat, the old town, the ETH, the university and the Zürichberg.

Even though I know that consuming Starbucks is not very good for the planet, I really like their products

I'm sitting at Starbucks Stadelhofen right now. and I ordered a chocolate creme frappucino that tasted completely like water and I reported it. Then I got it from an employee the saying (Then next time order syrup because it has more taste) Sorry, I have never come across something so unfriendly and disrespectful in Starbucks!! I'm avoiding this branch from now on!

Amazing SB to go because near the train station. Staff is very helpful. This Starbucks is very well located because it is near Bellevue and main offices. Tram 11 and 4 is also there. Migros nearby also nearby.

Cozy corner to linger. Books can be borrowed for reading. With music and newspapers. Lively and popular!

Imagine there is a Starbucks in your city that you have been walking past almost completely for years, even in hot summers. Your wallet will thank you, as will your figure. And your mind. Because the feeling of happiness when you stumble into an unknown Starbucks in your hometown at 34 degrees in the shade is only just there and can only be reproduced again with Alzheimer's. I guess... But today was really the first time. With bacon egg, with Venti Frappucino. The service here was very quick and competent, probably because there was a lull at the time (I had a choice of tables and there are very few of them here).
