My favorite Starbucks in Zurich. Stay away 😉!

Starbucks, good coffee, delicious dessert

Everything was fine apart from the one shift manager. Everyone had a Stucard with them for the discount. Firstly she demanded to pay with this card and in addition she claimed that we had passed the cards on to each other..... We then showed our ID....cheer

Ordered via uber eats two pieces of cheesecake for CHF 13.80 and the portion was basically one whole piece cut in half. Ridiculously overpriced.

Worst service, the few times I went there, I ordered in advance through the app but they always need 15minutes to see my order and most of the time I need to go to the counter and tell them about my order and wait 10min more. They then don't even apologise for the long wait. What's the point of ordering through the app if they can't even see the incoming orders.... Once as I was picking my order from the pick up section and went back to my table they shouted at me and asked me to bring back the beverage. It was clearly mine as indicated per the sticker on it but they insisted it wasn't mine and asked me to bring it back to check (they thought it was for an uber order). Again no apologies from them... Huge improvements are needed in this store.... Really really disappointing, they don't care about customer service...

Update: Due to my complaint, I received a replacement drink without any problems because the branch manager was also on site. Medium Chai Latte ordered for takeaway paid CHF 7.20. In the meeting we discovered that it was a cafe grande. I had to give it to a colleague because I don't like coffee and can't tolerate it. Also misspelled name. Only 2 people in the store. Too bad. I'll complain again next time I come by. Unfortunately I didn't have time for it today.

Really great service. My coffee fell out of my hand and I wanted to get a new one and pay for it, so they just came to me and offered me the coffee. These are experiences that are simply incredibly valuable! You are just great, thank you.

06/08/2023 now it's 8:50 and we've been waiting out here for 20 minutes and so far nothing. 2 workers arrive promptly at 8:30 when the shop is supposed to open. Fine

Go there regularly, good place to work.

Nice staff, put effort into the preparation, expensive like any other Starbucks. Also had soy milk. Unfortunately the toilets weren't clean! Please clean toilets more often.

Neat and tidy place with lots of space (high ceilings!). Coffees options as one would expect in a Starbucks. Near to the. Techno park and Zürich west neighborhood!

Near the techno park. Have a cup of coffee and watch a movie. Looks like you can park outside the shop on Sunday, not sure other days. Seems there is not a toilet in this shop, I didn’t ask about that.

Great service Full menu A delight of place

The toilets are very clean. Good choice of food. Lots of bright light, great for studying or doing some work. Honestly, I would give this another star if Starbucks trained their staff to actually use an espresso machine and use steam went properly. I was pleasantly surprised by this Starbucks.

Unfortunately the salmon bagel is a disgrace!! 2-3 overcooked pieces of salmon (no slices of smoked salmon or anything like that - it looked like scraps scraped out of the toaster), barely any cream cheese and a load of overcooked capers! It's clear to me that food never looks like the picture. But that was fraud! I wouldn't order this again. That was really bad! As a trained chef, I take the right to rate this bagel this way.

Left just before closing time. This meant no queue and the Caramel Frapuchino was done right. Was delicious. Staff was friendly.

Architecture students - come here to learn about terrible accoustics. You can hear every sound in this building; the door latch, uncomfortable chairs dragging on the floor, ice being scooped; yet struggle to hear the person next to you talking

If you like black coffee (filtered coffee), it tastes a bit like Dunkin' Dark Roast coffee. I traveled all over Europe searching for strong, good coffee, and I found nothing but Starbucks that could do it justice.

Service is above average unfriendly - every time, not just this time. Also completely unsustainable to serve in plastic cups when consumed on site. Makes me ugly.

I love Starbucks since the first store opened in Switzerland, but unfortunately the service in this store particularly is only ok-ish.

I found it to be a very quick and good service. Ida was a very friendly employee and I recommend her.

The coffee was not that great. Very bland. The foamed milk was below average in foaminess and in the richness of taste. The banana bread was nice, not too sweet. I liked it a lot. Could had been just a bit moister. The cookie was way too sweet.

The coffee is very expensive and the WiFi wasn't working when I visited.

I think queuing for a coffee for over 15 minutes is too long. The few staff are super stressed.

Very rude service! First, the manager let us wait while chatting to her co-worker, then she proceeded to take our order extremely unfriendly, at last she messed the sizes of the orders up! I don’t recommend this Starbucks.

Usually the staff is nice, but one person by the name Carla is unfriendly both to customers and the rest of the staff.

Terrible service, they did everything else but serving the customers in queue. Then they did not get my order right. Very dirty tables.

So Madame Carla 9:20 Wednesday…. Waited over 15 minutes for a café... then still cold Didn't even greet other customers, I would never hire staff like that, I'd rather go to Europaalle or Stadelhofen... they're at least nice...

The mood on a Saturday morning is a little bleak. The employee probably felt that way too. This means that the prices that are already high are almost a mockery.

It's the worst. Unfriendly and unpleasant-looking staff. she is racist Throwing change on the floor is quite problematic. Staff training is needed. I ordered a sugar donut, but they didn't give it to me properly. It will be remembered as the worst moment of your trip to Switzerland.

Dear Starbucks, this is a joke right?! There was almost nothing in the topping and there were such blatant differences to the product picture?!?Sorry with all my love, but that really isn't possible! There was no salad at all... that for just under 10.-! these are two different sandwiches. White mocha etc. Were good

I went there on a Thursday morning at 9am. I ordered a coffee and a chocolate cake which was so dry you could break a glass with it. I am not even sure if it was prepared in 2021 or 2022. The lady who was taking the orders was showing that she really hates her job. So slow and bored. I give two start only for the girl who was preparing the coffee who was really polite.
