Starbucks in Zürich

I sat with my daughter at a table where the previous drinks were still there and waited for our drinks or cookies, hoping that it would be cleared away quickly. Despite 2 waitresses, I had to do it myself. The table was also glued. When I asked for a rag at the counter I was given a dry one. How am I supposed to clean a table? When I asked for it to be wet, I was given it back by a rude, annoyed employee. I had to clean the table myself. The atmosphere was ok but the staff could show more attention.

We bought a bag from too good to go. When we entered and showed our confirmation, we were told we had to wait a bit. I had already shown the confirmation to the first employee and she was no longer available. I was rudely reprimanded that I should just show it to the other employee. Additionally, the pastry wasn't good and wasn't worth the price.

A Starbucks like any other. The service was very friendly and accommodating.

Someone please tell Valentina she has a beautiful smile. She was so nice and friendly.

Unlike other Starbucks, the toilets here are really clean & the atmosphere is also very cozy. It could be warmer from the tempera... :)

Was served by Valentina today and they were so friendly I just had to give a poitive feedback! I like this starbucks because it is always very clean especially, compared to other locations. Good place to work/study.

The food choices are limited, but in general it is very nice. And the staff are kind and welcoming.

The following words should neither be perceived as offensive nor aggressive: why would you hire someone who can neither speak German nor English? OK at the checkout, but a Spaniard who is supposed to take the order simply doesn't work. I got the wrong drink several times, not just me but also colleagues from the class.

My daughter wanted to write this review: She loves the cinnamon rolls! And a Kids Hot Chocolate (without cream). We always receive very nice service. Thanks.

The German Barista needs to understand that “glacé” is ice cream in Swiss German. But they are all nice and it’s tasty

A woman working there, her name was Lori or something, was talking rudely to the young barista there and also badmouthed her to the client there “ Also wenn es hier so chaotisch aussieht, will ich garnicht wissen, wie es bei denen Zuhause ist!“. Not very professional and very slow. And to the girl with red hair and buns, you’re doing a great job!! Edit: she, the Lori girl, also said when the client said “Crazy Monday, it’s time to have a break, right?” Lori said “No it’s time for me to go home!” Very loudly and annoyingly.

Very friendly service. The ham and cheese croissant wasn't my favorite.

You have to say twice without caffeine and you still get it with caffeine

I ordered the middle size cup and she charged me more than a bigger size and filled the medium cup only to the half pretty much and the rest just basic cream

On August 5, 2022, a customer was kicked out of the SB on Kreuzplatz by an employee in a loud and loud manner because she was sitting in a draft and closing the window. The employee completely freaked out and threatened the customer with the police. The customer was completely scared. Other windows could also have been opened, the employee refused to open other windows and deliberately left the customer in the draft, despite repeated requests to close the window or door. MA has behavioral problems. The internet also doesn't work all the time, which is very, very difficult. You are lied to and taken for a ride by brazen employees about this, telling you that it is working.

Was on site when a guest was threatened with the police. Always very questionable staff. Thumbs down.

The coffee is really delicious, especially the latte and the Americano. The staff is usually very friendly and really tries to prepare the desired coffee quickly and yet conscientiously. Sometimes it's a bit crowded and you have to wait in line, but that's how it is in the city and at certain times, especially in the morning and between 4 and 6 p.m. And of course when the weather is nice. The frappes are then in great demand!

Small Starbucks. Nothing distinguishes it particularly from any other Starbucks other than the staff are very nice. I mean, what can you say? It’s a Starbucks. You’ll get about 7 megabit out of the Wi-Fi too.

We trust Starbucks but this place was weird and staff is not friendly.

Absolute horror experience with waitress, I'll never come back

Nice Starbucks Unfortunately, when I visited in winter, the door was open. So it was very cold in Starbucks. Otherwise, the Starbucks is very nicely decorated. The range is the same as in the other branches in Switzerland. I'm really happy with that. :)

The service is usually always friendly, but on my last visit I just got a strange look when I asked for sugar and a little cinnamon. I was a little uncomfortable. In addition, the lid that was on my cup was then replaced with a new one. Not exactly environmentally friendly.

Very rude personal, who pretend to care for „rules“ they don’t understand. According to them, it‘s ok to wear your mask with your nose out, but not ok to wear the fully-covering medical mask that has a slightly loose ribbon, so I hold it with my hand... and literally 2m away from me people drinking coffee with no masks. Circus!!!

Employee of the Month. Customer friendly = 0. Hires new employees.

I am a big Starbucks fan and have visited various locations around the world. However, the unfriendliness of the long-time branch manager (?) that I repeatedly experience at Kreutzplatz is unbelievable. I repeatedly had to experience how the lady reprimanded the customers in a cheeky tone. @Starbucks: Such staff are unsustainable and not worthy of this otherwise very good chain: There is a need for action here. Personally, I will no longer visit the branch on Kreutzplatz. I am a big Starbucks fan and have visited various locations worldwide. However, what I repeatedly have to experience at Kreutzplatz in terms of unfriendliness of the long-time branch manager (?) is unbelievable. Repeatedly I had to experience how the lady rebukes the customers in a cheeky tone. @Starbucks: Such personnel is not tenable and not worthy of this otherwise very good chain: Action is needed here. Personally, I will no longer visit the Kreutzplatz branch.

Absolute ridiculous staff behaviour by Sandra. After being misunderstood, she laughed in my mother’s face and gave us a very bad look. When receiving our order it was wrong, and the coffee was very bad tasting. When complaining to her she didn’t care whatsoever and just ignored me and left me standing. Not how customer service should work...

Erwin, the new (would-be) boss of the house. Very, very arrogant and unfriendly. I've been a regular for 10 years and people like that drive you away. If you rebuke or ignore this arrogant gentleman: very nice, clean Starbucks. Maybe you can find better staff

Newly furnished interior with decoration. Newspapers and magazines to read. Friendly and comfortable for working and computing. A tip for those who like to stop at Starbucks

Just another Starbucks. As usual, it is strategically located in front of tram / bus stops.

Cozy and very friendly, well-positioned staff...unfortunately next to a large construction site. You can always find a spot for a Starbucks that isn't overcrowded...

30 minutes to closing time. And the waitress decides I'm going to eat my pancakes cold without even asking me? Ridiculous behavior. Bad service. And yes pancakes going into the garbage.

Lovely staff, very helpful but no air con and the smell of smoke wafts inside the place making it unpleasant at times.

Depressing place, the chocolate muffin was a few days old... Avoid if possible.

More of a small Starbucks, but it's easy to lounge around in. There are enough seats inside and outside, but for more you have to look for a larger Starbucks. Traffic passing by could be disruptive. Unfortunately only two sockets to charge devices.

You just got to love the chai tea

OK for takeaway but rather small and packed to sit for longer than 15 minutes (inside).

My go-to always crowded Starbucks when I'm out for a stroll. Lots of kids from the university, typing on macbooks and reading thick books.

Very cozy Starbucks. It has slightly fewer people than elsewhere. The only disadvantage is the noisy street directly in front of it.

A regular Starbucks. A little less comfortable than others...
