Staubbash Coffee Cart in Lauterbrunnen

I'm just sorry that we can't give more than 5 stars!! We came to the waterfall during a weekend in March, and we were lucky to have found the kiosk open!! We tried a cappuccino and an American coffee, but the cappuccino was so good that we had an encore! The milk used is that of the local valleys, a unique taste! Trust me, as Italians we can say one of the best cappuccinos we've ever had before! Above all, you can hear and see that the kids put all their love and passion into it! A lot of attention to detail, service and products and above all there is never a shortage of chat or good advice on what to do in the area! If you are in the area, but not only, an absolutely mandatory stop! Prices absolutely in line, you can also pay a cash register and they speak both German and English! Another one of those hidden gems which blew my expectations. We tried the macchiato multiple times during our 4 day visit to the valley, and it was always special to have a sip of coffee below the staubbach falls. Given that they make the coffee on a cart, it was surprisingly consistent. Must visit if you are a coffee lover like we are.

This is cart has the best coffee and view in town. 🥰🥰🥰, but bring your own brown sugar

Absolutely loved my latte from the cart. Gentleman and lady serving were so kind and coffee genuinely tasty. After a long drive to see the waterfalls, it was relaxing and refreshing to have a latte on a cool day. Well done to the owner/operator!!

One of the best coffee places in Switzerland in my opinion! It's just a small cart but the baristas were so hospitable and the coffee was amazing! They also use local fresh milk which is awesome! We loved it so much that we came back the next day from Interlaken just for the coffee!
