Original “Tea Room” with the charm of yesterday and the clientele of the day before yesterday. The small breakfast rather disappointed us. For a bakery we would have expected a selection of baked goods.

Unfortunately, I think the softies here one of the worst I have ever had. The place looked nice but the quality was the worst. The vanilla was without flavor and icy. The strawberry flavor was ok (artificial flavors). The place is quite pricey for such products (one softie around 6 euros ). This experience I will not do it again.

The Thuner Läckerli were presented to me, a toothless Oberland mountain infantryman in exile in Basel, by Thun Colonel Fox Michel as an Altschierser gift. They taste excellent and, in contrast to the Basel version, they remain toothless. Reviewers are much less stuck in their teeth. Ad multos annos!

Watch out! The saleswoman sold us the small confectionery with the tare weight (gross weight). The cappuccino was cold.

We ended up at your place as part of a food trail. The employees are friendly and courteous. What's exciting is that the preserved food trail present travels to three other cities and food trails are referred to as "the specialty", whether it's a fish, a bear or a wave behind it is always the same and who is actually the inventor of the pastry is anyone's guess , but we're guessing Glatz from Bern here. Therefore our tip is to choose something different from your extensive range, for example a small ice cream in the summer. We then bought something else in the store because the display was very attractive, we weren't disappointed, it was delicious, so: Quality and friendliness 5* Idea and value of the food trail gift (compared to the other food trail providers) 1* - hence 3 stars.

Decency is lost. I was just in their store at Bälliz. The first thing I heard wasn't Gries ech, or good day, but in a condescending tone: if the gentleman would also put on a mask. No, the Lord does not put on a mask, the Lord has a dispensation. Train your staff to be civil. Until then, I'll buy my baked goods at the Coop.
