A well-kept snack bar with a large selection. Service was quick and friendly. Food (Bolognaise, schnipo & dürüm) arrived quickly, was hot and tasted delicious. Gladly again. :)

Not even what it used to be. I got the wrong pizza then I was told that I would get the right one by express. I called again after 1 1/2 hours and no answer??? I'm a good regular customer but something like that really doesn't work.

The fries were not good in the kebab box and there was a lack of hygiene in the store, 12 francs for a kebab box is simply too much

There are certainly better places... to eat a kebab, they don't really respond to customer requests. Totally incomprehensible why you have to fold a kebab on both sides like a burrito.

Super Service. Big portion. Good taste. Price is cheap. Unfortunately I have to correct myself. I ordered from home. Called after 1.5 hours and asked where the order was. They forgot about them. Then it was delivered later.

We had to wait 1.5 hours even though the app said it would arrive soon. The food wasn't the same as before. We were first told that the delivery went to the wrong address and then were told that they were too busy.

After 1.5 hours the pizza was delivered and they forgot the dessert. Pizza was cold and fungi without ham. If you have the opportunity to order from someone else, I advise you to take advantage of the opportunity before you invest your money in such a bad company.

Unfortunately, we have recently been receiving pizzas that have been in the oven for too long. So you pay a nice price for it. Appetizingly, it looks completely different.

I discovered the most delicious kebab in the area! The meat was fresh and the potato was incredibly tasty. My favorite option was the one with cheese - it was simply mouth-watering! However, the restaurant could benefit from upgrading their furniture.

The meat was just sticky, to warm it up everything was rolled up cold with a little lettuce and put in the microwave.

Worst kebab box I've ever had! Never again.

I would like to give a good review, but unfortunately the kebab in the flatbread was just bad. - Carelessly prepared. - No coleslaw, just leaf lettuce. - Doner kebab was not grilled briefly so that the bread was crispy, but rather put in a microwave, which warmed the bread but made it 'mushy'. Maybe ok for CHF 10, but the quality and taste of the product is not good in my opinion.

My experience at the Stella restaurant in Affoltern am Albis was really interesting. As soon as I entered I felt like I was in the middle of a busy train station. The noise level was impressive and could be a real challenge for those looking for a quiet atmosphere. 😅 Especially if you want to enjoy your evening after work, this restaurant may not be the best choice. The staff was very motivated, but the cleaning team seemed to get into action an hour before closing time. Vacuuming, mopping and not even paying attention to their own tables - it gave the impression that they were just waiting to go home and ask the guests to finish their meals as quickly as possible. Well, overtime in the catering industry isn't exactly popular, is it? *Irony* Another aspect that struck me negatively was the serving of the food on cold plates. This meant that my kebab plate, consisting of meat and rice, became cold within a very short time. It's a shame because the food itself was fine! Nevertheless, I would like to positively highlight the attentive service staff. They were always willing to answer my questions and were always friendly. If the food were served on warm plates, Stella Restaurant could definitely become a pleasant dining experience. At the moment, however, it seems more like a fast food joint. In summary, apart from friendly service and the quality of the food, my experience at Stella was underwhelming. In my opinion, it compares poorly to the other restaurants in the area. Maybe the owner should take some criticisms to heart and make improvements. If you are looking for a delicious doner kebab or a cold kebab plate, this takeaway might be an option for you. However, I only give it two stars for quick, cold food and friendly service.

So far I've had 1xPoulet Pepito and a kebab. Kebab had far too little sauce for my standards. Otherwise good, not special and at 14.- rather on the upper limit. Chicken Pepito at 14.50 was rather expensive. I wanted it with cheese. Unfortunately it wasn't melted and the bread wasn't crispy. Good content.

Called at 5:00 p.m. to order several pizzas. They said delivery was at 6:00 p.m. Since no one showed up at 6:15 p.m., we called again. They said they had the order in front of them and the courier was on the way, arriving any minute. Unfortunately, at 6:45 p.m. no one showed up, so we called AGAIN. But then it was said that no one had ever taken an order! We had guests and waited almost 2 HOURS (!) for food, only to find out later that no one had done anything at all. Just a disappointment!

Delicious food in itself, but delivery is not recommended at all. Food was ordered and due to the delay we had to ask when it would finally be there. We were then told that the delivery person should arrive any minute. After another 20-25 minutes we called again and suddenly it said that they never received our order (even though the order was recorded in the previous phone call).

A good kebab snack bar with a classic selection. There is a full-service seating area and the usual counter for take-out orders. There is also a delivery service. We ate a good kebab in the restaurant, received friendly service and the price was right too.

I ordered doner kebab at 6 p.m. I said I wanted to eat at 6:45 p.m. The kebab came at 7:30 p.m. and was very cold. I ordered from Ottenbach and the journey doesn't take longer than 10 minutes. very weak

The inky good thing about this place is location, price and that there's no other kebab around. Tasteless meat, lack of sauce and raw vegetables, including big pieces of carrots makes this kebab one of the worse eaten in my lifetime. Tried twice, but never again.

We were always very satisfied when was in the place but then 2 times ordered delivery at home and I think we will never again. I asked by calling when the delivery will come, because I have limited time for taking lunch. Guy by the phone told me food will come in 20-30 min. The food came in 1h10min.!!!! Please when you have a lot of orders tell it to your customers before, I would order from somewhere else. Very disappointed!!!

I've never experienced anything like this before... Ordered kebab twice over the phone. One without onions and the other just meat and tomatoes. Both with both sauces. Still not here after 1h10, so I asked. You didn't know whether the order was out or not. After 5 minutes the call back stated that the order had apparently been lost. After another 20 minutes the delivery arrived. A kebab without onions and both sauces. The other one with tomatoes, lettuce and no sauce.... pretty wrong.... When we complained over the phone, he didn't know what the order was, but he said it didn't matter to him whether we ordered again or not. He doesn't need us. His name is supposedly Mr. Bader. So dear boss at Stella: I've been to the store several times and taken take away. But given the friendliness of the staff, I might have to think about it again.

1. Delivered way too late, according to food tracker 40 minutes -> actual delivery time 1 hour. 20 min. 2. When you call to ask -> totally unfriendly! 3. When the food was delivered, be careful...it wasn't complete. 4. We are still waiting for the missing pizza. 5. The food was no longer warm and, on top of that, really not tasty. Well...ordered there for the 1st and last time! Not recommended at all!!

The food is good, an employee about 37 years old in a red dress is very unfriendly. Took the order incorrectly, blamed the customer for it and verbally insulted him a lot.

The pizza was okay, personally I would have preferred a crispy base. What was a bit strange... new customers came in and came to the counter, but the two employees behind the counter took no notice for over 5 minutes and continued to put together their menus. Not a meter away from the new customer. At least a "Hello, I'll come to you soon" would have made a huge difference.
