Today I was able to visit the subway in Rapperswil for the first time. On site, the shop is located directly on the main street and is clearly visible (neon sign). The parking situation is rather difficult. I can't say for sure whether the 4-5 parking spaces in front of the door are assigned to Subway or to the residents of the properties. Due to the extreme volume of traffic, I recommend parking in one of the surrounding underground car parks and taking a short walk. The subway is at ground level and opens through sliding doors. This means wheelchair access is also possible. The subway itself looks brand new. The walls are painted in color to match the brand. Chic pictures and neon signs complete the picture. The floors are clean and modern. The furniture also appears very clean and almost free of wear. The displays are also meticulously clean and the ingredient compartments only contain what belongs there. In general, I have never seen such a modern and clean subway. This is absolutely impressive and worth a visit! The selection and preparation is carried out according to Subway standards. The subs are correspondingly tasty. All information for customers is easy to read and positioned appropriately. The menu boards are also attractively designed with background lighting and ensure a pleasant appetite feeling. The employees were extremely friendly during my visit. They responded to individual requests and were also open to brief small talk. That's how service works! The work was done cleanly and tidily. There are also sanitary facilities on site. However, I cannot rate this. There are enough seats for around 10-20 people. The atmosphere seems friendly. In addition, the drink mixing machines are clean and as good as new. An absolute recommendation for anyone who likes to eat a SUB. In contrast, almost all other branches that I know of are falling massively. I hope this location can maintain its standard.

A subway. The new signature subs are “subtle”, fine. Sometimes less filling would be more pleasant to eat.

A small subway with fresh ingredients, usually not too long of a wait and fair prices.

We have to eat gluten-free and were looking forward to a tasty sandwich for lunch on Saturday. "We didn't order any gluten-free bread" was the statement - that's very disappointing. Subway has always been our go-to place for gluten-free food. It's also a shame that they don't clarify whether a franchising partner in the area still has a gluten-free sandwich. I believe that if you offer gluten-free sandwiches, this should be available. Especially when it's only Saturday afternoon...

The food is very good, only the potatoes could be a little crispier.

The woman had an enormous overview of our 7 different orders. She took our orders quickly, orderly and hygienically and implemented our wishes correctly. The range of vegetarian and meat ingredients and sauces was very extensive and all the products looked very fresh. The wraps and sandwiches were delicious! We would love to come back 🤗💫

I was just visiting Switzerland and got a vegan chicken with vegan cheese sandwich and it was the greatest thing ever 😍 the service was also friendly and generous.

Staff very unfriendly. Toilet extremely dirty and no paper for the toilet and hands. Is served with various breads and only 1 type of bread on the shelf. Never come to this store again!

Very unfriendly staff, they don't treat customers like that, it's a disgrace. No more bread on the rack and an unfriendly expression that gives a snippy answer, the meat slams onto the roll, when I ask something as a customer I expect an answer. As a person responsible for personnel, I would think about whether these three ladies should continue to work for you from Sunday, February 16th, 2020. If you kindly point out the toilet paper and towels. If you are insulted in an unfriendly and snippy manner. Sorry, but I'm used to something else. Paying guests should be treated friendlier and more respectfully. Unfortunately, during Carnival there is a bit more work to do with cleaning and tidying up.

Good food as always. But don't expect to get your food fast. Outside of the main eating times there's only 1 person working and believe me it will take some time.

Employee is out of office but my colleague has 10 pipes and goes and has half a sandwich without a drink, that doesn't work, after 20 minutes I'm hungry again

Service listless and almost unfriendly. Hygiene is fine. Order not fulfilled, wanted menu only received individual prices (which was more expensive). Sandwich is delicious in and of itself but put more garlic in your aigoli so it deserves the name.

It was my first time in the subway. I was positively surprised. I ate a delicious wholemeal bread with tuna salad. I noticed the employee as rather slow in preparing the order.

Good Subway! Sandwiches are delicious. The only point of criticism: the chicken breast was inedible. I've already tasted it twice and both times it really wasn't tasty. Of course it's a matter of taste, but I think many people see it that way.

Well made sandwich. The cashier was still a little unsure, I asked if a combo would be cheaper, but she somehow didn't understand me... Otherwise it looks clean. 👍

Really great, service was really quick and the sandwich was perfectly prepared. I love the sweet onion sauce, which is only available at Subway. Really modern subway and worth a visit.

Newly opened (01/10/19) Clean and bright. The food is good and is average for the Subway chain. Space for about 30-40 people.
