The food was good as always, but you're not welcome if you don't speak French. English is spoken to you, but very quietly. When asked to repeat it, I received an annoyed “I speak English with you”. Definitely not worth another visit!

Second time I come across the same atrociously unpleasant waitress, doesn't answer, doesn't say hello or thank you. It seems like we are forcing her to work and disturbing her. Arrogant and dry! It's never over again for me!

Milad Aziz's opinion is surprising because we have always been very well served and the manager or some of his employees do not hesitate to make small commercial gestures with customers. Now think about it because you come in groups and only have one drink so as not to each pay for yours 🤔 but to be able to take advantage of the system…. Did you also share your sandwich? Respect is learned unless it is just a personal vendetta of a former fired employee?

The manager makes no gestures towards customers, he treats customers badly and I quote “if your friend drinks from your glass he is no longer at will.” Under the pretext that we couldn't drink as a couple... As if we were going to empty the drink, what's more the tables were dirty, the sandwich cold and he answered our questions curtly. Definitely not to visit, even talking about it here is too much advertising

Disappointed! Asking for a wholemeal loaf, the waitress shows me 2 old loaves in the display, claiming that they are the last ones, while just behind, a cart full of several varieties is waiting to be put in place!! In short, I left, disappointed, probably the end of the day, no longer the desire to work...

Very expensive for a sandwich and the wait was long. The staff is not very friendly with these customers. Another thing, it would be good if the tables were cleaned because it's a disaster especially when you ask for a health pass.

A sandwich, a pepsi, a cookie, 24 chf. At this price, opt for a real restaurant.

I don't really know where to start. Maybe I had a bad day, but the service was absolutely atrocious: the waiter doesn't look at you when you speak to him and asks you a question about the garnish but doesn't even take the time to listen to your answer. As a result, to order a simple sandwich it took me more than 5 minutes after having to repeat everything. Also the sandwiches were cold.

-I ask for the student pack at 12.90, with guacamole supplement, I find myself paying 21.90 for no reason. Pay attention to what they add to your bill. - I pour myself a glass of Pepsi Max, IT LOOKS LIKE WATER. No taste ! No Gas! The cardboard straws provided are just horrible to use. - The Servers are not pleasant, and are terribly slow. But, the only positive point is that the Sandwiches are still good.

After wanting to try my first sandwich there, a little surprised by the high price, but really surprised by the content and the final result, and I can't wait to go back! Small downside: I find the prices not clearly indicated enough (price of the sandwitches themselves and of the modifications that are made to them), both on site and on the Internet.

Cardboard straws are horrible, better to give nothing

A horror, we order our sandwich at a price and once we arrive at the checkout the value has increased, it looks like Venezuelan inflation. And they also changed their straws with pieces of disgusting cardboard which soften in the drink in five minutes
