Simply great. The conditions were good

You get what you expect from a subway. Service sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. Many employees are sometimes overwhelmed or annoyed. It's not comfortable at lunchtime because there are always a lot of vocational students who are loud and don't know how to behave. Unfortunately, the subway can't do anything about it.

We went quite late as a bug group and there was only one person on the counter. It was amazing to see how patiently she dealt with us, no sign of rushing up even though there were more customers. She was very efficient and everything turned out to be as expected from Subway sandwiches. Great to finally have Subway in Zug which is a much better option than some of the other late night eateries in town. Keep up the good work and thank you

The food is always good, but the opening times are not adhered to. Employees were still on site and a customer was served inside, but the door wasn't opened 10 minutes before the end.

There is still a problem with the cleanliness of the tables. The sandwiches are top.

I ordered a foot long veggie delight. The veggies used were fresh and the place is very clean. I wish they can use a different knife for veggie subs to cut the sandwich and also change gloves while preparing a veggie sub 🙂

Subway has the old selection subs and what you can put in with one or two new ones. The bread though has gotten considerably worse over the years.

I love coming here in the evening after work for a large sandwich or wrap. It is best to park at the train station where you can almost always find something. The staff is friendly and attentive, the ingredients are fresh. Only the cleanliness of the tables and benches should be given more attention.

If I have a few cents too little, they give it to me straight away and very correct people there!

Do you fancy a sandwich? Then you've come to the right place. They are available in sizes larger than 15cm - 30cm. You can create your own sandwich. Whether vegetarian or with meat, there is enough to choose from for everyone. If you want you can even enjoy it warm. Service was quick and prepared quickly. If you want, you can order something sweet or salty with it. The location is also near the train station and not far from Mettalli. It won't be the last time. So take a look here.

We were served by a gentleman who didn't even know what they had to offer. I order a menu with potato chips and a drink and he had no idea what he was doing and wanted to demand more money for the drink. I was looking forward to subway finally being available in Zug, but the staff is so incompetent and at least the gentleman.

Unfortunately, we didn't notice anything from the friendly staff. The gentleman behind the counter just seemed annoyed when we came in. After tasting, the Potatobites immediately flew into the trash. The sandwiches were okay. Except that the gentleman in question didn't know what went into the steak and cheese. He forgets half of it and charges even more than what was advertised on the internet. Unfortunately, you lose your appetite.

Typical Subway restaurant. Great sandwiches. The staff was very nice.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Sandwiches were cold, despite a short delivery time (approx. max. 10 minutes). Ingredients that were not ordered were also mixed in. Disappointing order, the only plus was the delivery time and the delivery person.

5 stars! Great food, great place the position is really good (as its next to a train stop) and the staff here is outstanding, Big V specifically.

Aside from the outstanding service, the food from here left me pondering how subway isn’t a Michelin star restaurant. The crunchy exterior of the smooth gooey bread followed by the sweet, yet somehow perfectly salty cheese gave me an array of profound chills within my taste buds. Fantastic service! Big V is an exquisite example of fine dining chefs in switzerland!

A very personable and, despite the mask, attractive hostess. She is the biggest charm of this restaurant. I was given detailed and patient advice and decided on cheese onion bread with a chicken and salad sandwich. The drink cup could be refilled and I really liked that the drink could be mixed, in my case a little 7up and a lot of mineral water. As is typical for Switzerland, this restaurant can hardly be surpassed in terms of cleanliness and order. By the way, the menu comes with a cookie that was even warmed up. It's nice that Subway is back in Zug. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient! See you soon:) However, I deducted one star for the poor air conditioning. It's way too warm in there in summer.

Went during the lunch rush and expected it to be busy. We had the worst group of customers ahead of us who were giving the workers a really hard time and who obviously didn't understand how subway works. So the workers were stressed, but one of them (Angi, who I am assuming is the manager) decided it would be appropriate to slam her hand on the counter and yell for silence. This is not acceptable behaviour when communicating with other employees, especially if those employees are forgeiners who are struggling with the language. I hope I never see this behaviour again in this store. If she allows herself to treat her fellow workers like that in front if customers, I can only imagine how she is behind the scenes.
