Never again ! I ordered regularly until the last time. I ordered around 60chf of sushi, I had specified (noted on the receipt) that I only wanted sweet sauce and obviously, I didn't have any. I contacted the delivery man who told me that he brings some back to me at the end of his shift and that he calls me back when he is at the restaurant. The next day I still haven't eaten my sushi and still no news from the delivery guy. I called him back, asking if he intended to bring them back one day, and he replied that since he hadn't heard from me, he thought it was ok for the sauces … he suggested that I bring back some sauces but I wasn't at home that evening and explained to him that if I had wanted to eat sushi from the day before, I would have gotten them from the supermarket. I offer to refund my money or redo the order. He starts bursting out laughing and replies, “You know as well as I do that this kind of thing is impossible.” Well no, I didn't know that. In the 13 years I've been in the restaurant business, I've never seen something like this! Result: I threw away 60chf of sushi. Please put sauces in your delivery vehicles. I gave this idea to this lovely gentleman on the phone, and I felt like I gave him the idea of ​​the year!! In any case, excellent customer relations, we love it! Given the other comments I think they should seriously review their organization. Hats off for this just deplorable service. I don't recommend it at all!
