I have ordered a few times from sushi shop in Zurich however this is the second time that me and my girlfriend get stomach sick a few hours after. Clearly the fish is not fresh. We ate there last Saturday afternoon: despite the restaurant being empty, we had to wait about 50 minutes for our food and the service seemed very unmotivated (a young man, probably of Indian descent), we had to wait a long time for the menu and go downstairs to eat order. I spent almost 100 on food and left hungry - my feedback on this was ignored with a smile when I paid (a young lady was now at the counter shortly before 3 p.m.). Management should definitely work on employee motivation. For the price there are better sushi places with certainly better service.

I have been there 4 times and 2 of them I left empty-handed :( Because those 2 times the same cashier was very rude and did not helped me at all (Family members have also told me about the bad service of this cashier).
