Stopped here for breakfast. Food was delicious and prices very reasonable! I got the quiche Lorraine (amazing), vanillegipfel (croissant with vanilla custard) and a cappuccino for 13 CHF. Highly recommend!

One of the few Sutter cafes where it's nice and has a lot of space. In my opinion it is expensive for very small portions: croissant 2 CHF for 60 g. , Angge Silserli 2.70 CHF only 48g. (OK for a child). Chocolate is just cocoa.

Coffee okay, not great. Sandwich is fine and service friendly.

Was here for the first time. Was surprised that it was self service for the price. And at the table in front of me, people were being served... Maybe it's due to the age of the guests...

Limited experience of the cafe. Ordered a hot chocolate and the staff were friendly. Your typical machine hot chocolate, good place to sit to rest from the cold. Quite a bit of seating, sat all 7 of us at one bench. Has toilets, good decor and a chill vibe. Recommend for a quick pitstop from the cold.

A very cozy bakery with very friendly staff. Very great selection of sweet pastries. The vanilla croissant is highly recommended. It is very full of vanilla cream. Happy to come back!

10/23/22 I arrived at 6:05 p.m. and ordered a cappuccino. The first thing I was made aware of was that it would be closing in 25 minutes. What a nice greeting!? They wanted to serve me the cappuccino in a paper cup, which I don't like at all. It's a shame, you feel like you're being treated like a customer.

The baguette is really bad, even the supermarket ones are better, which is a shame for a bakery, even a chain. Maybe the rest is fine, haven't tried but would recommend continuing over to Migros to shop for some bread.

A simple typical swiss caffe'. To answer to the owner: because there is nothing special different or outstanding nor in the offer (for example the selection of herbal tea) nor in the service. it is one of the many Sutter and 3 stars is not a bad rating!

Large selection, bakery, toilet available. fine breads, large selection of delicacies. Self-service since Corona. Very popular for commuters. Coffee soups and tea delicacies. Possibility of lunch, e.g. fine soup of the day and much more. Unfortunately, dogs are no longer welcome.

Unfortunately, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired... no friendly greeting or gesture... Processing the customer's request and when I had to go outside to answer my phone and wanted to go back in within 30 seconds, the employee thought I was a stranger and wanted me directly send it out due to the number of customers... Even though my purchase was on the counter and I told her in a friendly way! Tip: Especially in this day and age, appreciation for people and especially for customers would be the highest priority. I and those around me will go to another bakery in the future. I was lost as a customer because of the lack of enthusiasm. A pity ...

No guests in the morning...but the waiting time for coffee was 10...to 15 minutes...unfortunately that often happens...service unfortunately in the morning is not that friendly

For us the best of all Sutter branches. The team is always friendly and attentive, and the products are of the usual good quality. Both inside the café and outside you can sit comfortably together and enjoy a tea, chocolate or coffee and something to eat. The many “café to go” and sandwiches that are sold also testify to the great popularity of the branch on Wettsteinplatz.

Usually don't have what most Sutter branches do, basically: at least the normal Gipfeli and Schoggi-Gipfeli (the local version of croissant and chocolate croissant), staff not too friendly either.
