Be careful for what it is, a coffee machine that cannot make you stain Pastry chain that gets you out of a bind, but nothing more to offer

The staff is so nice, I come here everyday to buy a piece of bread and the kind lady behind the counter always gives me a small chocolate and the bread is always the top quality . If In Basel and need bread go there!

I received chocolates for the wedding anniversary! Disgusting is a small word! Really disappointed 😥

All I can say is that almost everything is right here for me. Staff: Very friendly and attentive. Welcome and farewell almost in a duet🤭 Sometimes even available for a quick chat.🤪 The offer could be a little more varied, you always have the feeling that everything is pre-produced and displayed that way. By the way, much to be praised, but the quality of the coffee machine and the coffee in all branches is the same 😋😋

Is it normal for employees to shout? Very dirty in appearance, there are paper towels everywhere by the coffee machine, garbage bags are immediately visible.

Traditional bakery. Unfortunately we only have a limited offer. Quality is right. Selection limited. Sales staff friendly but not necessarily knowledgeable. There is more choice at Migros.

A beautiful bakery, always lively, a warm and well decorated place. It warms up the neighborhood both with its pretty window (you have to see the light from the front in the morning in winter when it's still dark!) and its terrace as well as with the kindness of the staff, not to mention the good products (the Urigs-Brot and the brioche in particular).

Our boys love the little chocolate given to them after we bought their favorite food in the shop or our favorite Urigs bread or the “toast brot geschnittet”... must go for fresh daily bread ! Team very helpful and welcoming !

Best Sutter in town... perfect, warm welcome. The bread is obviously delicious, but that's unique to Sutter. The place is very pleasant to frequent, but in addition to the quality of the products, it is the real professionalism of the employees and their unfeigned kindness which is an undeniable plus.

Whenever we come to the store with our grandchildren, we are greeted in a very friendly manner and served extremely courteously, and after purchasing delicious pretzel rolls and almond croissants, our grandchildren receive a chocolate heart. A really great team at Sutter Begg on Grellingerstrasse!
