Popped in for a flat white pick me up - delicious coffee! Didn’t disappoint. The bakery choices were Devine and lovely chocolate gift ideas too.

The only thing I thought was worth it was a chocolate croissant, the other buns we tried looked good but were really bad. At least the prices are affordable.

Nice croissants also filled with chestnuts which are very tasty. The coffee however is not that great. There are sitting places for 2 or 3 people.

Unfortunately, I was treated like a thief, very unfriendly employees, a shame.

This afternoon I was in the store, there was carnival noise outside in the store, loud music, you couldn't understand a word. I had to repeat my order three times. Not a good day, why? I have half a cheese tart Bought for 12.- I think it's quite expensive, and the piece was also burnt, the paper bag was torn while packing it, but it didn't matter. When paying, no thanks and no goodbye. Absolutely unfriendly service. Ms. Simcic?! I was so annoyed. It was definitely my last time in this branch.

Ordered a large Café Americano 15 minutes ago, everything was good to the point where you want to drink it and you burn your whole mouth. Well, maybe in the future you won't use boiling water to fill up, but rather lukewarm water so that you don't just have to carry your café around but can also drink it. Many thanks

Always very nice service, no matter how busy it is. Orders are always as requested! Simply great My son really loves the Robber Hotzenplotz bread :-)

Today, when I sold a cheese roll, the saleswoman gave me change of 50 francs as well as 20 francs and claimed that she didn't have a 50 note in the till. I will never shop there again.

Like in every bakery, the politeness of the staff is random.

Large and varied offering. Very tasty, good coffee and nice service. Proud prices but appropriate for the products!!! I go there almost every morning...👍

I'm finally getting around to giving a review here too :-) it's already posted on Facebook. The welcome you receive every morning by name is great and so are the excellent conditions, so you start the working day in a good mood and full of energy. Thank you for the always friendly conditions, keep it up! Tip: If the name isn't displayed, I usually take a Weggli or a butter croissant and come by practically every day between 7 a.m. and 7.15 a.m. ;-).
