Absolutely incredible to see the kindness and smiles of everyone who works there. I would have liked to thank each person but I couldn't. I don't know the first names but thank you to the nurse with tattoos and glasses who welcomed me upon my arrival and reassured me from the start, to the first night nurse with lipstick who accompanied me to the toilets, to the 2nd night nurse with long hair and big glasses who was adorable, to the nurse with brown hair with a bun who took good care of me from the start (yes yes even with her visits for injections in the thigh =P ), and the last nurse I saw with mid-length hair who changed my dressings who was great and also adorable with the little grandmother next to me who was coming back from her operation. The food was excellent, thanks also to the ladies who brought us our meals and the cleaning ladies. Without forgetting the lady who comes to ask us what we want to eat and who is so smiling and sunny.

Appointment with Dr. Lukas Burki went quite well, until the moment I have shared my fears with him, in a very calm and polite way. After Dr. was very quick to judge me and linked all my symptoms to anxiety. Then let me go home with prescription of temesta ( tranquilliser) that is out of stock in Switzerland. After, in worser condition, I went to CHUV, where the doctor diagnosed me (viral infection) and gave proper treatment.

A Clinic like the Source which is equipped with all the equipment should be made available to EMERGENCY patients. And we didn't just give them DAFALGAN. Diagnosis WE DON’T KNOW! After 3 hours of waiting we just gave MY HUSBAND DAFALGAN! So he needs to know what's wrong with his lower back.

I had to undergo an operation by an external surgeon, but I, who had always known the CHUV, must say that I was blown away. The staff are so welcoming and caring. Very attentive welcome, lovely and attentive staff

Their treatment in the emergency room is just inhumane! 6 hours of waiting sitting on a chair between the waiting room and the treatment room because I was forbidden to lie down, supposedly the doctor would come “right away”. This “right away” took 1 hour 40 minutes! But it all started with their refusal to take care of me because I refused the forced signing of the data processing papers (which is my right, by the way). We turned away a person in the emergency room for a piece of paper! 6 hours without eating and on a chair! And we pay for that! Shame! Very unpleasant, bordering on aggressive staff.

They took me at 7:00 p.m., made me wait until 8:10 p.m. in the waiting room, to tell me that they cannot consult me ​​today. Even though the clinic closes at 9:00 p.m. and there were no patients behind me. There the doctor told me it doesn't matter if you get poisoning it will pass and all that in an annoying tone... what a lack of professionalism, incredible.

We had a baby in HUG, one in Cécile and 2 in La source. La source was definitely the best one. Midwifes which respect the wishes of the patient, luxurious accommodations, great bath and great tranquility. Obviously it depends on your doctor as well.

I had a wonderful time spent with delivering my baby at La Source Maternité. All of the staff, from each of the midwives, to the doctors as well as the maintenance and the people that serve food both at the restaurant and room service are exceptionally warm, friendly and generally very helpful. It’s like, their goal is just to spoil you and make sure you feel well-taken cared of. The food was exceptional! Very surprising for a hospital food. It tells you a lot that they’ve thought it out well. It can be overwhelming and scary to deliver a baby in a foreign country surrounded by people speaking a different language but La Source has made everything smooth and easy for me, my partner and our baby. I learned a lot from the midwives. Although, I did not achieve the normal delivery that I wanted, I am confident and assured that Dr. Clement and all of the medical staff at La Source Maternité have exhausted all possibilities, efforts and tried everything but it just wasn’t in the cards for us. It is not possible to have any smoother operation than what I had at La Source. Everything was fast, efficient and stress-free. I even had another doctor talking me through the whole operation with updates as to what was happening and what was being done to me. My baby was handled and treated really well. I highly, highly recommend La Source Maternité to everyone. It is like staying at a 5 star hotel and get treated to the best possible service. More power to you guys! I’ll see you again for my next baby 😬🥰🙏🏽❤️

RESPONSE TO THE CLINIC’S RESPONSE: Once the bird is exhausted and "on the ground", according to your words, it manages to escape. Did you know that a bird must have energy to... eat? They often die further away. 5th bird that I have to save from their gas room even though I have been asking them to plug the holes for 4 years! Birds get stuck in their gas rooms, birds enter from the north side and are no longer able to get out (funnel effect) and this happens every spring! However, it would be enough to plug the holes. I therefore regret that today I have to contact bird protection associations and make this negative assessment. Indeed, I have other things to do than spend my time on this while the clinic is informed and it does not seem complicated to block the accesses. I have had various e-mails and exchanges with the manager (or former) responsible for the technical service and security who has difficulty believing me despite the evidence that I ended up providing him. There is also the email sent yesterday to a protection association. Thank you to the clinic for doing what is necessary as quickly as possible. I think my next strategy will be to call the fire department. The bill will probably shake things up. It's a shame that I have to come to this. However, it is not possible for me to leave a bird locked in this cage at the risk of exhaustion and death.

During a small intervention on February 3, 2023, while waiting to enter the operating room the anesthesiologist tells me I'm going to give you something to relax you and I tell him... uh no it will be fine... and I go I still had the right... No incidents following this but it would be good to ask the patient and listen to their response in the future. Otherwise everything went well (but we still felt the stress at the anesthetist because there were a lot of patients around noon) and the staff was completely pleasant. Really top-level surgeon, anesthesiologist and nursing care! Excellent care upon my arrival by the nurse who had excellent knowledge of my file and very good patient follow-up. On the other hand, in the personal recovery room, they are quite cold and not very attentive! Our country offers exceptional care and, as a patient, that’s what interests me. But, since we are also evaluating an establishment, I regret the lack of professionalism of the unfriendly reception staff who are more busy sharing their weekend exploits than paying attention to us, too bad! On the other hand, hotel staff are helpful, smiling and available. But once again what interests me is medical performance and that is what will make me return to the La Source clinic. Very good follow-up during my girlfriend's pregnancy. Possibility of calling 24/7 for advice, prenatal classes, osteopathy, etc... The maternity ward is great and the midwives are very competent, kind and available. The food is very good. Max 1 visit per day (excluding father).

Infrastructure, hotel service and nurses very good but the post-operative medical follow-up provided internally by the Clinic did not satisfy us. Also, just as another comment pointed out, in our opinion the telephone reception was not able to respond to our simple requests, which is very problematic when important information must be requested quickly. A word of advice for the establishment: resolve your process issues...

Incompetent telephone service++. The person on the phone is rude and doesn't listen to what we have to say. She has to ask a colleague a question and I was on hold for more than 20 minutes, I called back and was told that the lady forgot to call me back. My problem is still not resolved at the end of the call. I called the CHUV who finally gave me real advice. Conclusion, if you have a health problem call the CHUV and not the source.

You write about a human and warm environment, I absolutely did not notice that. Receptionist at the main entrance unfriendly and very unpleasant. Having to take a ticket to wait for your turn is limiting in my opinion and nothing warm about that. If I may, additional training or training at all would be wise for this receptionist, she is the first person the patient sees upon arrival. Mom is 74 years old, I came from Anzère to bring her...she expected me to be there when she woke up to also hear what the surgeon was going to tell her?! A young mute girl arrived 15 minutes after me to see her mother and she was able to go home! Well, she had a gift for her mom, I didn't... Service déplorable, la capacité des médecins n'est pas remise en cause ici mais plutôt leurs compétences morales, patienter des heures pour s'entendre dire "vous me faites perdre mon temps", "des personnes sont vraiment malades dehors" et le tout facturé au prix fort. Je m'abstiendrai très fortement d'y retourner.

Pas d'accord avec l'avis précédent. En ce moment beaucoup de travaux sur le parking, or le personnel qui gère les possibilités de parcage est très agréable, compréhensif et fait tout le possible pour faciliter la manoeuvre. Quand on est stressé par la maladie cette attitude est très appréciable et appréciée croyez le bien. Félcitations.

Votre personnel de parking se prennent un peu trop la tête et sont très désagréables je pense qu’il faudrait leur apprendre le respect et la politesse ça serait un bon début! Votre employé de ce matin 7h30 en est un parfait exemple et il donne une très mauvaise image à votre clinique ! Je suis vraiment étonnée du comportement d'une des assistante medecin qui m'a prise en charge à cause d'une infection très douloureuse. Si je suis venu au urgence c'est que j ai vraiment mal et que j aj pas le choix sinon je ne serait pas venu du travaille pour qu'on me disent que c'est exagérer un arrêt de travaille pour "Ca" citation mots pour mots de sa part je suis déjà venu à multiple reprise pour des infection que se soit hopitable et médecin la douleur est telle que je n arrive même pas a tenir debout du coup voilà première et dernière expérience dans votre clinique qui m a pourtant été conseiller puis finalement la dame m a même pas dit aurevoir juste donner la feuille des médicament et le certificat d'arrêt avant de partir elle est partie.

Sauf un Médecin qui n'a rien à faire dans une clinique comme la source, moqueur malhonnête, aucun respect, et j'en passe.... Le Dr Giusti Vittorio n'a vraiment rien à faire dans une clinique comme la source.

Deux visites, deux mauvais dignostiques. Le premier "médecin" était occupé à me raconter ses voyages en Afrique en me disant que j'avais rien et la deuxième me prenait pas au sérieux quand je disais que j'avais mal. Résultat. Les deux ont confondu un vieux mal de gorge classique avec un gros abcès. Si vous avez le choix, allez directement chez un spécialiste, évitez cette bande de clowns.

Mon avis porte uniquement sur la table d'hôtes "source des saveurs". Il s'agit d'une expérience particulière, dans un cadre inhabituel. On déguste de nombreux plats exquis quasi les pieds dans la cuisine du Chef ! J'en garde un excellent souvenir et je recommande chaleureusement.

Je suis guéri héhéhé mais ce fut long. Heureusement le personnel est super qualifié et aimable.

J’ai eu la chance d’être opéré par un excellent médecin d’une hernie discale. La qualité des soins et le haut niveau de technologie propre à cette clinique m’ont permis une guérison ultra-rapide. J’ai pu reprendre le sport (vélo) une semaine après l’opération.

A eviter , les medecins ont fait un mauvais diagnotic et ne veulent pas rembourser une facture avec preuve à l appui. Aller au chuv car le confort n’est pas la priorité en cas de soucis ....
