Disappointing service! No hello, no thank you...

Practical because open every day, with a few groceries. Lentil bread is very good and keeps for several days. too bad we can't say the same for the other breads which dry very quickly, which are quite good but personally I sometimes find them a little bland and not very consistent (lots of air, crumbly, no thick and soft crumb. ..), no sourdough bread, or bread with wholemeal flour..., and prices have increased significantly.

Cake purchased on January 6. Never had such a bad pancake. Frangipane no flavor and heavy flaky and certainly no butter. A shame.

I like the products but I try to avoid the manager in Lens because you rarely see someone so unpleasant. Every time I go there she has a few negative things to say to me. You have to put the dog on a shorter leash (I was alone inside and my dog ​​was on a leash) or like at the start of the pandemic she banned dogs from the store. For a manager I find her behavior really inappropriate. In any case, it's a good start to your day...

This once was a great tea-room, but the quality has gone down considerably in the last few years ! The croissants are industrial, dry and tasteless. Today the ham sandwich was leftover from Friday or at best yesterday, and the meat was brown around the edges, and dried out; when I complained to the manager, she didn’t apologize, but just returned my money without a word or even a glance. I them decided to tell her about the salad I bought last weekend which wasn’t edible because the eggs were rotten...once again, not a question, not a word, no excuses. I find that inexcusable!! Stay away, there are other options than Taillens!!
