Very friendly service from Ms. Perigan (?)..after the Ksuf I was offered a coffee..

After paying, I noticed that the price charged was twice as high as the price displayed on the frame. A discussion ensued about the items having to be sold at the advertised price. The staff refused. When returning the goods there was a 20 minute back and forth with incorrect debits and credits on the credit card. I won't be able to check the correct statements for another 3 days... What good is a coffee voucher as an apology? That’s it, Tschibo

No greeting. MA immediately closes the door from inside the office when you wait at the checkout to pay!! A guest leaves the store, the alarm went off and no one even batted an eyelid.

Until now, I used a Jura coffee machine, we went for service with it several times, but I bought a new Thibo coffee machine with free coffee and a milk frother with the money I paid for the service cost. I think we are looking forward to great years ☺️ A friend of mine has been using it for several years, he recommended it.

Yes, yes, I already told them that I would only give them 2 stars because I always came out without any money when I went in. Actually it's 5 stars, it's clear that I'm doing well with you and I'm well looked after by everyone I talk to, no question. It's just the same as with Yve Roche: 1 order is around 160 euros and the next one It's not cheap to plan either, I'm sick of shopping, just not every day, at most every 5 weeks or 8. Grins still needs gifts, for Christmas or birthday.

Tchibo not only sells fine coffee in various varieties as beans or capsules, but also lots of great things for everyday life and other things. The offers change weekly. Just browse and get inspired! I like shopping for Tchibo myself. I find the dresses to be a bit tight. If you need over size 42/44, I find it a bit difficult to find something that fits.

I went to Tchibo at Basel train station for the first time and received friendly advice from a saleswoman. Unfortunately there is no longer any Tchibo in the city of Basel. According to colleagues, he will be greatly missed in the city. A VERY Pity because in the city you can always go faster.

I bought a watch today, Thursday August 8th, 2019, I actually wanted to post a normal one for work, but it was no longer available. One lady said that fresh watches had arrived again today, but that the metal bracelet had to be shortened, and it was a radio-controlled watch, which was also very helpful to me. Mrs. E. Büyükturgay was very loving and adjusted the bracelet for me until it was adjusted to me was. I like going to Tchibo, but especially at Basel train station, because there you get good service, just as customers want.
