Cappucino to go wasn't that good

Hello, I feel sorry for the workers who have to wear these heavy, thick aprons in this heat.

One of my favorite brands is tchibo, presentation, marketing, courtesy of the employees, a nice concept

COMPLAINT to the responsible owner/manager of this Tschibo Cafeteria. Yesterday, Tuesday, June 20th, 2023, my girlfriend wanted to enjoy the offer of a cafe with croissants (until 12:00). The employee only gave us a cafe and said they had to pay extra for croissants after a laborious discussion! At the entrance it is described like this on the poster, are we treated like this? Not acceptable, seriously disappointed as a regular customer.

There is only dessert or summit food. Otherwise everything is perfect

For a Caotine and 1 Amoretti with a snack the staff was very helpful because I couldn't bring the drink to the table myself. Thanks

I always find something at Tschibo The quality is good

The zipper on my bike rain jacket broke exactly after 1 year. I had the opportunity to replace the rain jacket, unfortunately my size wasn't available, or I had the opportunity to replace the zipper at the tailor. I accepted the opportunity from the tailor and now I have a new zipper and I'm very satisfied :-) :-). I would like to thank the entire team at this Tchibo branch from the bottom of my heart. Such good customer service has become a rarity these days.

I bought another new version of coffee ☕ from Sommercoletion. You can always enjoy an exclusive ☕coffee in the branch. The service is knowledgeable and friendly.

The price was charged twice to my credit card. Although the store employees had already noticed the error themselves, they waited until I returned to the store after a few days. And then they also asked for a printed credit card statement from me. Of course, mistakes can happen, but the person responsible should try to fix it and not the injured party! Customer friendliness looks different.

Tchibo is Tchibo: The same range as everywhere else. The usual In&Out items for everyone from the center of Oerlikon.

Cheap price and good friendly service

We came here for a simple coffee and chose to sit inside because it was cold outside. We presented our COVID certificates and passports but were surprised to hear that we needed Swiss ids or Swiss passports and found ourselves confronted with an impromptu "immigration check" by the cashier on our "legal status" as foreigners (yes, she literally asked about our visas and whether we were staying legally in Switzerland). This is either pure ignorance or racism and certainly unacceptable behaviour let alone service.

Super friendly, uncomplicated and helpful employees. Thank you very much for the exchange. I will gladly come again.

Good quality and customer service

I bought a few handy stuff here. Brownie not bad, coffee is fine, a bigger cup than expected. I enjoyed watching the lady making coffee at the counter though she did not smile at all. Only 2 indoor seat, next to the trash desk.

The staff is very friendly. But unfortunately mostly understaffed. Sometimes you have to wait in line for a long time. I think this means the business loses customers because they don't want to wait.
