I love Tchibo! No matter whether it's coffee, clothes, children's things or jewelry. Everything is of good quality, friendly staff and easy exchanges.

Very good cafe.. Cinnamon Latte very tasty.. One star deducted. There's very little going on, but EVERYONE!!! Tables were really sticky and the beautiful and comfortable upholstered armchairs were full of croissants. Even if it's self-service, you should still clean.

Top coffee selection. Dresses 85% for women. Unfortunately not so much for men. Some of the staff were very friendly.

The coffee and croissant was good but the lady who served me was very rude with all of our group of 10 people, i think just because we are foreign nationals that is why! Not going there again for coffee and you have lost 10 daily customers just due to that lady!

Went there to get coffee and the lady serving coffee her behaviour was very condescending. As a tourist who is contributing to swiss economy this was a very bad experience.

The coffee is okay. The outdoor seats are very comfortable. The downside is that there is no Wifi.

Small coffee shop in the Tchibo branch. There are usually very few staff, so there can be waiting times. Because the shop is self-service. Coffee is ok.
