A small cheese factory. The visit will not take long. It is better to come before lunch to be able to see the cheese making process. If you come after dinner, you can see everything on video. We ate Pomodoro spagetti with buffala. Very good but only downside The carafe of water at CHF 8.30 is a bit difficult to get through.
