BAD SERVICE! I have never been treated so badly! Incompetent and rude! I have been to this place many times, I have been a customer for many years but I have never been treated so badly. The owner is moody, rude and above all rude. They have no care and respect for their customers and think they are the masters of the world! They are not willing to sell their products, in fact if you ask them for an extra croissant they are rude and reply that they can't sell it otherwise they won't have any more! 10,000 times better than Münger and other bars/pastry shops in Lugano where the service and attention to the customer is decidedly superior.

Very good food, the croissants are well filled. Honest prices and a very welcoming environment, I recommend it to everyone. TOTAL SLAY.😋✌️

The lady is also kind but you can see that there is little attention to detail, food and coffee are nothing special, but above all you can't pay for anything with a card (we are in Switzerland in theory..)

At the Tea Room Monica you feel really good. Quiet and well served. For morning breakfast, a midday snack or for a nice snack. Especially their artisanal specialties are not to be missed. The bakery and pastry shop also offer take-away options for every day or for special anniversaries.
