Until recently it was my number 1 Thai restaurant in Zurich. But my last visit was very disappointing. The beef in my Panäng curry didn't taste fresh, like it was a few days old. The staff did not respond to the criticism. A pity.

We have been to Five Spice restaurant countless times and have never been disappointed! If we don't want to go out anymore, we order our Thai specialties via the in-house courier service. At home at the dining table the service may not be as friendly as in a restaurant, but the food tastes just as good :) The delivery service is always reliable, surprisingly fast and very friendly. The driver often even sends a personal text message when the food is ready in the mailbox so that you can enjoy your meal while it's still nice and hot. The portions are very generous and are often enough for two meals. My favorites include “Nüa Pad Prig Khing” (crispy beef in a pleasantly fiery red curry sauce) or “Pad Kimau” with tofu (spicy noodle dish with lots of vegetables).
