The Aquarium Lounge (O Bom Gosto) in Genève

The waitresses are very unfriendly..not smiling, we have the impression of disturbing them every time..especially one of them (quite tall and young) the salads are very mediocre..the sandwiches are really not exceptional!

Pitiful service...when you are at the bar the waitresses look at you badly because they are not motivated to serve you...they make it clear to you...to be avoided...and I noticed the good comments come from people at the same community..(very limited food, sometimes not good even.)

They have great Portuguese snacks and drinks!! In addition, the waitress is very friendly 😁😁👍👍

Atmosphere is nice and chill, food is mediocre and service depends on your looks and your accent, which apparently determine how nice they are to you. I wouldn’t repeat.

Service bordering on rudeness: waitress who pointedly ignores you, who pulls her head when you order at the bar, who “throws” the drink on the table, who allows herself to reframe you with a “Thank you” sound (a thank you that in fact I no longer really wanted to serve him in view of what preceded) and who shakes his head as he leaves when I ask him if there is a problem. Industrial and expensive food. No service on the terrace (but, rest assured, the price remains the same). Avoid if you can (the area has few pleasant bistros/tearooms, because yes, the setting, it must be admitted, is rather pleasant).

I regularly frequent this café for reasons of proximity but if the quality of service does not improve I will go elsewhere from now on. The establishment has a magnificent terrace which unfortunately is not really used due to the laziness of the staff. No table service, you have to order and collect your drinks yourself inside. If you are lucky enough to be served, the drinks are thrown on the edge of the table: everyone can take what they have ordered, the waitress will not remember it for you. The tables on the terrace are often dirty. When I pointed this out once I was given a cloth to clean myself... On a sunny day, don't ask for the parasols to be opened. It's too much effort. Conversely, if it rains, there is no question of being served on the covered terrace... to avoid catching a cold.... I hope that this comment shared by many people in the neighborhood will not fall on deaf ears...

Pleasant service, product quality seriously lacking. At the pastries window, I fell for a muffin. He was still frozen, hard as an ice cube, surreal. Weird concept 🤔 Would deserve negative stars if they existed... Place to escape!

Came for a little hot chocolate but in the end the chocolate I saw was better but then the pain au chocolat.. I'm sorry to have to put a review like this but extremely dry and almost nothing in chocolate. No interest.

It doesn't even deserve 1 star, terrible service, we have to wait more than 20 minutes to be served.

I am a customer of the establishment and would like to express some points about the place, which with some hope the management could review and be more sensitive towards customers. 1 - Bom Gosto does NOT offer a baby seat. 2 - There is no place to change diapers. 3 - It is prohibited to bring dogs It is a pleasant place where the staff, with all their kindness, deserve a 10. On the other hand, it is extremely BAD TASTE and even intolerable that a place like this does not feel obliged to comply with the above requirements. Who knows, maybe they will become more aware and improve.

One hour late for the delivery of rolls and croissants. Until then we can say that this could happen...but when the delivery man finally arrives he calls back to the tearoom by opening the door with a mocking air...to be smart...he was so eager to take out his crates dr products (while making questionable comments) that it was a tearoom employee who went to the van and came back with 2 crates. And we were finally able to buy our croissants while suffering unpleasant considerations from this individual. Given his attitude in this situation he must be related to the boss. I'm sorry for the boss and the 2 tearoom employees. I remain completely positive about this establishment, you just have to avoid the boss's son....

Cosy, buzzing neighbourhood coffee and pastry shop. Fans of pasteis de nata will particularly love it, as here they always have fresh pasteis, which are also very cheap!

Fresh pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, a good cup of coffee, and everything served with a smile. A great place for breakfast or an afternoon break.

I also gave 5 stars because this establishment is open on Sundays. The children know it under the name "bon gusto"...the coffee is good and the pastries are very clearly Portuguese inspired...we either like it or not! Children are rather fond of ice cream in the fridge. There is also a terrace at the back of the establishment which allows you to see pretty cows painted on the rear facade of a hotel....plus children can play in complete peace and quiet.

Correct, nothing more. Like the entire Geneva chain, Portuguese products are highlighted. If you don't like it, there are other things but the price is very high for snacks. Friendly and smiling waiter. Excellent coffee and pretty terrace in a quiet interior courtyard. $$$$$

Nice pkace nestled in between many European Union permanent missions to the UN. Don't come to talk business you don't want EU representatives to overhear.

We went today and enjoyed the beautiful location with open air tables. We had our usual freshly-squeezed orange juice, coffee and grilled ham and cheese sandwich on Portuguese roll! We loved the usual good service and the new amazing location!!!

This place is really a restaurant where you can find hot and cold drinks, alcoholic or not, and a bakery is served there because it is a large bakery with a spacious interior as well as a large terrace with parasol! The girls are very friendly and friendly and for the parking there are some blue ones on the route du Grand-Pré -- that's it -- jean-marc roman
