Every time I come back to Lausanne I pass by this pastry shop. It's fine, delicate, not too sweet and the service is very good. Nickel!

Café/bakery/pastry shop located by the lake in Ouchy. Nothing special. The products are mediocre and the service is largely poor, slow and not friendly. I've been there a few times and it's always been like this. Too bad and worse for them.

The setting is pretty but the owner is very unpleasant both with customers and her staff, plus she is not at all businesslike. Too bad because otherwise the location by the lake is privileged and could be a pleasant place to drink your coffee.

Place to take a little break without pretension. Very good quality hot chocolate and good pastries (lemon tart and chocolate dome). Be careful of the lack of choice at the start of the afternoon, too bad... Advice: don't look down on customers too much because you could run into tourists who don't know what you're offering by curtly handing them the menu nearby on another table...

card full of spelling mistakes, despite having told the person in charge, nothing will be implemented. I had a dish that neither tasted like Bolognese sauce (with raw meat) nor had a pleasant flavor but rather tasted like olive oil.... the rations are small and directly after this passage, I went to buy a snack.

Really good food, pastries, cakes! The home made chocolate was perfect. The glass for the latte macchiatto was a bit strange and not very practical to drink it but still we had a nice break there. There was a lot of people so the barmaids were a bit overloaded.

A lovely tea room, a super friendly welcome, the employee even offered me a loaf of bread before closing to avoid waste. A large tea (teapot) and a pastry, nothing to complain about.
