Had food poisoning after the hotog and fries

The food is good but not excellent. I had a vegan "pulled pork" burger which was very delicious. The french fries however were very disappointing, you'd definitely expect something better from this kind of restaurant. If you're a bit sensitive and don't like very noisy places then it's best to avoid this place completely, even for normal people it's just too loud in there.

Order dated November 24, 2023 at 5:52 p.m. Delivery 19.15 = 1H20 waiting time. The frozen pork schnitzel is charred and pure shoe sole, inedible. Fries unappetizing, lukewarm and limp. Salad is already brown and has a musty smell, probably a health hazard. Performance below average. Not recommended, the pictures speak for themselves 🫣 Do you need to know...

Perfect for grabbing a falafel dürüm or other lunch. So far I've had falafel and various pizzas, all delicious. Colleague is also happy with the Dürum and kebab plate. Dürüm for 10.- is probably unrivaled in Bern.

The staff was very cold and dry. The Dürüm tasted floury and slightly stale. Neither meat nor bread was browned. The Dürüm hardly had any lettuce and the lettuce that was on it was soggy and tasted old. For what it was, the Dürüm was also overpriced. Not again!

We ordered via Just Eat, the delivery time was good and we live on the outskirts of Bern. Unfortunately, the Dog tram depot was very disappointing. Charred bread, and instead of what was supposed to be homemade Merguez, a Wienerli was added; there is no trace of spices or meat. But the zander crispy cookies were good.

Unfortunately, overall a bad experience. Waited 1.5 hours for delivery. The supplier only said "it's stressful at the moment". 2 out of 4 menus ordered were also delivered WRONG. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement...

Great food, amazing location and cozy atmosphere!

Food was delivered half of the food was bad. Chicken not edible because it's tough as a shoe sole and cold. You can't even eat the meat and you paid over 80 francs for the whole order. On the phone, my wife complained. Employees said they only spoke English, since my wife speaks English very well, they said we didn't speak English. So we asked the boss, but he wasn't on site and he gave us the number, which we called but unfortunately no one accepted it.

Supper was always satisfied, great value for money!!! Always delivered on time!

Wow, ugh, the cheese on the pizza was rancid, had no salt or other spices, was cold and the delivery person made strange, slightly ambiguous statements. Won't be ordering anything else. Sorry!!!!!

Waited 2 hours for delivery! AN IMPUDENCE! The wrong food was delivered and it was totally over salted! No apology received, everything was totally overpriced! NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! Nobody should order there! This store should be closed

You wouldn't give it to this inconspicuous little shop, but they produce really tasty food here. With love and know-how. Fast delivery and at fair prices.

Good prices, great food, amazing service! When you ask for it to be made spicy, it actually is spicy, what a rare sight! It's worth the wait, the time and the money! I recommend the Tramdepot Ost to any furtunate enough to be close to it!

The food was very tasty and good and delivery was quick

The place is good and at the time of the visit was overcrowded. Other than that , the location is good, being near the river and the bears pit. Food was okay, nothing special (we tried a variety of foods, from the classic cordon blue to the burgers to more typical dishes). Good thing was the fast service even tough the restaurant was indeed full.

Instead of 40 minutes we waited 90 minutes. The food was still a little warm. Instead of bulgur there was rice. Chicken in the burger is cooked half raw. No more!

Great price/performance ratio. Delicious burgers and hot dogs. I almost only order here. By the way: Fries are ALWAYS crispy. This is a rarity for most other takeaways.

We ordered panierte schweinschnitzel and poulet with rice and salat. Poulet inside was just low-level deep frozen meat PURREE, not a normal fried meat. Not sure how much meat inside of it and what was the quality of this mixture. Schnitzel was dark inside and tasted bad. This food was not freshly prepared, It went to the trash because we were afraid to eat this. I cannot imagine how these "dishes" were allowed to leave restaurant and be delivered to people. After a long time of being your customer, time to say goodbye!

Had to wait two hours for the order. Ordered via UberEats and the estimated delivery time was 20-40 minutes! Multiple attempts to reach the restaurant by phone failed (~20 calls within an hour). Apparently answering the phone is not part of the standard service. We had already written down the order and were just cooking ourselves something when the courier showed up without notice and way too late. The burgers and side dishes were still warm and very tasty, that was the only positive point. However, the experience was unfortunately really unsatisfactory due to the lack of accessibility and the huge delay. But it's less the courier's fault and more the restaurant's fault. Apparently you want to have an online presence on third-party platforms, but you don't want to use their drivers. It's a shame, because with more presence comes more orders, which would be good for the restaurant at this time. But if the delivery staff is not increased accordingly, you can see what happens. This is not how you gain lasting customers.

One of the better Pizzerias in Bern. Delivery quicker than expected (tuesday evening). Garlic Bread also nice and pizzas not greasy unlike many others. Everything arrived piping hot. So good we forgot to take a picture. Would recommend.

I mainly order fast food there. The food is much better than Burger King etc. Friendly, uncomplicated suppliers round things off. Top!
