This is a Mexican restaurant that never fails. I recommend it.

In general we like to go to US-Mex. The food is good and if we're lucky, the young waitress will serve us. Unfortunately, another service employee is unhappy with her behavior. I find your communication and attitude to be unmotivated and unfriendly. If you want to have something packed, she doesn't bring you a take-away box, she gives you a paper bag filled with moist food. If you want to come eat at lunchtime, it feels like you are a burden to them. I think it's a shame because it puts a restaurant in a bad light. I hope that the feedback is taken seriously. Mistakes can happen, the important thing is to learn from them.

Four of us had dinner with a toddler. The quality of the food was good for me and my wishes were taken into account. Although we had to wait a little longer for the food, overall I am satisfied with our stay.

I was very pleased in this mexikan restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was delightful. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations but you should reserved your seat in advanced because the place was quite full. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving flavorful Mexican cuisine served with a smile!

Nice restaurant, nice atmosphere and impeccable service. And the hotel rooms connected to the restaurant are perfect. Clean, tastefully done and ideally located. Really really recommended.

The restaurant is a great place to spontaneously go out for a meal with colleagues. Service and ambience are excellent. When it comes to eating, I recommend the quesadilla and the enchiladas. The burgers are not recommended for me personally. I find the combination of corn bun, a rather tasteless sauce and sometimes too wet salad disappointing. To be fair, I have to admit that many of my colleagues like the burgers but they also think that Morbius is a good film so...

Spare ribs are very good. Price performance is right.

We like to go to US-Mex, - the food is very good, - Service fast, friendly and competent. - The extra wishes became notorious and fulfilled. The restaurant is also suitable for families with children. A reservation is an advantage :-)

Very friendly and attentive service. She regularly asked about our wishes without seeming intrusive. I'll definitely go there again. The food was good and it was accepted without “bargaining” that you didn’t want to or couldn’t drink alcohol.

Good food and great and friendly service. It's a bit expensive. Paid 10 CHF for 1L of water once. You also pay separately for the rice of salad with the enchiladas.

It was excellent. Fast service, friendly and attentive. The food was great, much better than "feared". Fajitas with chicken, very tasty. The corn soup was in no way inferior. The rest of the map looked promising. Just a brief irritation about the term "suicide" - the Swiss term for "very sharp". All in all: fast food at an excellent level. Good chance find.

I always enjoy coming to US-Mex. The Mangomargheritta is particularly recommended in summer, but be careful, it is strong.

Large selection of vegan / vegetarian dishes. The salad was a bit “simple” but okay. Prices are fair and staff is friendly.

The food is quite good. But we had to wait forever until we were served. Again and again. Empty glasses do not prompt the service to ask if you would like anything else or to clear it away.

You exceeded my expectations, absolutely brilliant and value for money

One of my husband's favorite restaurants. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it's always been tasty. Well labeled for allergy sufferers. Priced in the middle range. Very well attended, reservation recommended for larger groups, sometimes difficult to find space for a spontaneous visit with 3 people.

If we hadn't had to wait 30 minutes until we could order and others who arrived later were served earlier, everything would have been fine

Very tasty food, large portions and gluten-free alternatives, great. Sweet potato fries maybe a little too well done and a lot of cauliflower in the fajita, otherwise nothing to complain about.

We traveled in Switzerland for two weeks and enjoyed a sumptuous and delicious dinner here. It was the most oriental meal on this trip. Fajita has 6 corn tortilla shells per person, various fresh vegetables and fried chicken. It is presented on an iron plate, with the aroma of barbecue, and is eaten rolled up with yogurt, avocado, and tomato sauce; the BBQ pork chop is a barbecue-flavored and sweet sauce, and the pork chop is marinated and tender. Both meals were very delicious, especially satisfying after a tiring trip. Margarita is a sweet smoothie cocktail. We ordered the Raspberry flavor, which was very good. Recommended to travelers from Asia. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere. The service staff will proactively provide English menus and recommend meals. The service is friendly and the dining process is relaxed and enjoyable. If I have the chance to go to Schaffhausen next time, I will definitely come again.

Us-Mex in Schaffhausen is a real culinary gem. The Mexican cuisine served here is absolutely delicious and authentic. Be careful of the store, I got a bad stomach flu. I literally only ate from the store that day and haven't had it in over 15 years, the last time being in Turkey. Bad because I have a job interview today and it will definitely have a negative impact. Either samonella in the chicken or listeria, I don't want to know how serious you are about separating raw and cooked food. They don't want to see the vomited onion, so no pictures. I think the shop is overloaded and the chefs just don't care about the risk. If you actually have to sue, it would be too much effort

Very poor service at lunch from the waiter on September 9th. Takes orders incorrectly, pushes to eat it and not at all professionally.

Every time we go to Us Mex we order pollo quesadilla, but this time I wanted to try the steak ribs with barbecue sauce and I was surprised at how delicious they were, I will definitely eat them again.

The staff was a bit unfriendly and it took a long time before we could pay.

The starter platter and rolled tortillas with beef sauce and cheese made two people happy! Our waiter Pablo served us very coolly and nicely, so the five stars definitely go to him too! The guest garden is perfectly shaded and very well maintained, which really invites you to linger. We found the prices absolutely ok for Switzerland. Of course it would be cheaper across the border, but hey, we're here. I can recommend the restaurant to anyone who likes Tex-Mex cuisine.

really good shop and not expensive by Swiss standards

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, good and fresh food with large portions. At lunchtime and evening peak times, it can happen that the waiting time for the food is around 45 minutes and the service "forgets" you (if you are pressed for time, it is better not to order a rice dish - it is tasty but takes a long time). Otherwise the food always comes very quickly. Unfortunately, when the restaurant is full, it can often get very loud (it would perhaps help if the "ambient music" were turned down a little). I go there regularly and can highly recommend a visit.

It was a harmonious evening, lots of young, good-humoured people in the restaurant. The lady who served us was attentive and extremely friendly. The food tasted great and the portions were large as promised. Yes, the dessert was briefly forgotten, but that's not so bad if you feel comfortable there. Looking forward to next time.
