Very nice place in the region and still good quality products compared to the products of other bakery chains. Prices still remain acceptable even if the trend is upwards like everywhere else. The service and welcome are acceptable but need improvement. Tip: Go early in the morning, as you would have more choice and a moment of peace before the noisy crowd arrives!

Good morning, We arrived at 5:25 p.m. to have a coffee before being rebuffed (and that's the right word given the way the employee addressed us) to tell us that the service closes at 5:15 p.m. even though it is indicated that the Shop closes at 6:00 p.m. I think I wouldn't have posted this comment if the staff had calmly and kindly explained to us that the service was over, but that was far from the case...

The soup after a bike ride at 2 degrees was a pure marvel

we got there in busy period, but 20 min was not enough to ask us if we want a drink or anything else. Service at the counter was unpleasant, there are no signs if you should order or take a table. Not a customer friendly place, though it has great potential. Pity.

My experience with this company was disappointing in several ways. Firstly, I found that there was a distinct lack of formal employment contracts for employees, which is concerning in terms of protection of workers' rights and job security... Further , the question of remuneration has been a source of concern since there seems to be a delay in my salary since March, perhaps even unpaid? I believe it is essential that the company takes immediate action to address these issues. The establishment of clear employment contracts that comply with labor legislation is essential. It is crucial to ensure employees are paid on time and in accordance with their contractual agreements.

The artisanal hot chocolate 5.60chf is not the author of the Artisanal appellation, it is not good, no taste or aroma of chocolate. Really wasted money. The chocolate éclair the same. I do not recommend this pastry. Very disappointed

The pastries are good but quite small for the price. Service sometimes attentive, sometimes quite cold... The cappuccino lacks sweetness. The room is comfortable.

It's been a few months since I came to have lunch at the lake, a very nice place. top service, waitress (Naima) always smiling, dynamic and attentive to these customers. Quality bakery, very refined decoration. Too bad there is little space because the elderly just drink one coffee and stay for 2 hours. I highly recommend.

I love this place. One of the best places in area. Good terrace outside and big space inside. A large selection of savory: my favorite is a ham croissant, a sandwich with curry chicken and red fish. The most delicious latte michiato. Attentive service. A special thank you for this year's delicious King pie and the amazing figurines you put in it. I was pleasantly surprised and it once again brought back Christmas and faith in miracles. Thanks.

A service at the teaRoom limited, both in terms of politeness and competence. We had to wait a long time for the drinks to arrive. Furthermore, “mulled wine” was to be taken literally: wine, heated. A very unpleasant taste far from the comforting spicy drink during the holiday season. We might as well refrain from proposing this. Especially since the cup was barely more than half full... The prices on the other hand, are well above the quality of the places. If you go there, it's because the place is pretty and close to the lake, for the rest, there are much better places. As far as I'm concerned, I'm not about to set foot there again.

I went to their house to buy a hot chocolate yesterday Friday October 28 around 8:00 a.m. When I arrived at the counter I greeted the cashier and told her my request. She doesn't even give me time to finish, cuts me off and tells me in a very arrogant tone while staring at me that she's not the one in charge of the drinks and continues setting up. I find such behavior towards a customer scandalous. The very basis of customer service is friendliness and professionalism. Quality that this person obviously does not have… Such an attitude is incomprehensible when we know the number of people who are unemployed and who are really motivated to work. It was my first and last time.

This morning around 10:30 a.m. we entered this establishment to get croissants and coffee to take away. We first queued for croissants and then were told that we had to go to another counter to order our drinks. As there were no more croissants at 10:30 a.m., we had a braid and a ham delight croissant, which were good, nothing more. Arriving at this second counter, no one received us (there were 2 or 3 waitresses), when finally one of them addressed us: she received us from behind, then looked at us from head to toe. a frankly contemptuous and very unpleasant air. We tell her we want coffee, and she continues to stare at us. We tell her it’s a latte macchiatto and she aggressively replies “that it will be more expensive”. We ask to see the boss to inform her of the very unpleasant attitude as well as contrary to the good practices of the service staff, namely the sense of welcome, the smile, the sympathy and the sense of organization. To be honest, we finally decided to have our coffees in another establishment. In addition, I noticed a sign announcing a 2 CHF surcharge for eating a salad on site. Scandalous! In short, if you are looking for a tea room bakery in Lutry, move on, don't set foot in this establishment! The boss should review the basic rules of hotel service as well as her staff and question herself. Heartbreaking.

Walked in at 2:10 p.m. Waited at the table for 20 minutes. At 2:30 p.m. I was told: we are closing now. A roll and a coffee for my daughter, that's all I wanted. Unpleasant reception on this Sunday at 4 p.m. when after waiting a good 10 minutes I went to place my order myself at the counter (we were the only ones serving though). The prices are far too excessive given the quality of the products and the service, and what's more, they fail to give change. I strongly advise against it. The owner of this establishment should review his staff as well as the price of his products.

This bakery is excellent the food is amazing and the Coffee is fantastic. This is not an English speaking Cafe, and billing does get lost in translation leading to costly misunderstandings.

Great quality combined with friendly service and a good amount of seating. My local cafe and it never gets boring. The staff are very polite and friendly. Wonderful for a little break while going along the lake in the spring. Everything is baked fresh locally and the quality combined with prices very good definitely recommend it
